This is a lovely place. Peaceful and relaxing. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The service was first class, and Jorge, the GM, was so helpful. Only one small issue - our toilet room had a sewage smell. It looked like work was being done. It wasn’t a big issue for our short stay and management was responsive when we mentioned it. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing! A true paradise. You can really relax, the location is strategic, the food and service are great plus the rooms are really comfortable and the beach is breathtaking. The staff is really welcoming and helpful, will always walk the extra mile to fulfill your expectations or needs. we will definitely come back!

A wonderful place to relax as well as to enjoy the pool and the great restaurant. Anna prepares healthy juices in the palapa next to the pool. You can use a great yoga room anytime or wait for the sunset. The restaurant has great food and service. You really get what you pay for here. If you want to go birdwatching you can contact Wilbert Caalmal at wilbirdlife@gmail.com to enjoy the large flamingos and herons or to seek out Yucatan's endemics.

The room was ok, some of the furniture doors was not working properly.

An ideal place if you want to relax, I fell in love with this hotel, it’s location and you get to interact with all the wildlife it’s just amazing!!! I recommend this place 100%

The property was stunning, room was absolutely beautiful, beach was perfect, good was fantastic and staff were incredible! I would recommend it a million times over... I can't wait to go back, its TRULY MAGICAL :)

Amazing location within the nature reserve. Food is amazing and the views incredible. The room had a faulty safe and fridge but was very clean. Lots of bugs so be sure to turn off your lights at night. The tour organized to see flamingos “Vie en rose” was well worth it. In spite of the low season there were about 4000 flamingos!

Service on the pool and in the reastaurant is on a quite low level for this high class hotel. Here we had much better experiences so far in Mexcio. Pool Cleaness and the are around the main pool need to be improved.

The location is unique and I really enjoyed it. The rooms were uncomfortable, the air conditioning did not work most of our stay, the room was extremely warm and the beds are smaller than the standard queen beds. We were travelling with our 2 kids and we end up booking another room for the kids as we could not fit in the suite advertised for four people. The food at the restaurant is basic and the menu is same the whole week. The place has a lot of potencial but the service is poor and the property needs investment and more maintenance.
