You get what you pay for... girl at front was superrr nice! Room was old carpet was nasty note to self do not walk around without shoes on.. honestly to no fault of the cleaning crew carpet it just old thin and needs an update the whole room does ... I think next time I’d splurge the extra couple dollars and stay else where... they no longer have breakfast which is fine considering covid but I’ve stayed many places since covid and they all have at least had a brown baggy of something

I needed to be more cost effective this family trip so I finally decided to stay here. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly and adhered nicely to CDC guidelines, yet the PHYSICAL condition left TOO MUCH to be desired! Their cleaning supervisor should be replaced! There was a dead bug on top of my (not tall) fridge! The sheets had bed bug stains n I was handed those by the front desk agent for the couch bed. There were NO pillows for the couch and every floor smelled like weed. The tub had to be PLUNGED n my room n the one next door for my girls toilet kept overflowing, smh. Affordable by NOT worth it.

Stay was quiet and pleasant

Good stay & friendly staff. Very quiet... The only thing wrong was the fan in the bathroom didn’t work & only 2 out of 4 burners on the stove worked. But I used the oven & it work great. Overall I was happy with my stay.

This property looked great from the outside and lobby, but the room was in rough shape. Cracked light switch panels, peeling paint, stained carpet, lack of towels, lights not plugged in, alarm clock plugged into light switch outlet, toilet handle not working right (needed jiggling so wouldnt run all night) and no coffee maker. Would NOT stay here again.

I had got to the hotel and it was no one at the front desk. So I waited 25 minutes before I found a cleaner and told him that no one was at the desk. He went to find someone and two men walked in. One of the men was using his shirt to cover his face and smelled like weed. He called the front desk person on his cell phone and she came saying how she is the only person there. That didn’t make sense... I get to the room and while I’m taking a shower, I notice that it’s crusted rags behind the toilet. And the toilet paper was almost gone. I am never staying there again. No structure at all.

This place is an apartment for derelicts. There is no housekeeping—you will be expected to use the same old towels during your stay. All dwellers put their trash outside their rooms on corridor. In the room, tables are dusty. Sink in bathroom is congested. Dispensers for shower gel, shampoo etc were displaced and not properly secured. The hotel as a whole is dirty—water from garbage drizzled all the way from elevator to lobby, floor tiles in elevator are cracked. Outdoor garbage cans are piled up high with trash. Carpet in your room might look clean; yet you will be disgusted if you check under your bed. We used to stay in this hotel years ago but obviously this place might have been sold and the whole quality plummeted.

First room was disgusting got upgraded to 2 bedroom suite nice manager however even in this room I wouldn’t use the silverware and then the power went out for 3 hours

I was told that they were "overbooked" and that my reservation did not go through and she received a message that my reservation was cancelled. I just checked my account and see Expedia has not cancelled the transaction and never alerted me that the transaction is cancelled. Also this hotel would normally serve a hot breakfast,I saw signs that they do not. I asked if even snacks or pre packaged pastry would be provided and she said no.

The room had a broken chair and broken shower curtain rod. The floors were dirty. The landscaping was overgrown. There was an abandoned BBQ outside the door + a cigarette can that wasn't emptied for some time. There were absolutely no amenities, i.e., water, coffee, "carry out" food for breakfast. Also, there were no restaurants nearby with the exception of a Dunkin Donuts.
