Always a pleasure staying here! We stay multiple times a year before the transition to new ownership and love even more now! Will be back again and again.

The room pictures are a lie.
Its an old hotel, We knew that. The View is spectacular!, the location is perfect. The hotel is junk. Mold on the celling and tile. the toilet and tub both broke. there were ants in the room. the room is old outdated. Noise from other guests on each side, up down left and right. we paid a premium for beach view. and it was the only good thing about the place. the balcony seeing the gulf and garden. we were on the third floor, the fifth would have been better. The elevator smelled like axel grease, and the breakfast was disgusting. we finished our stay, and will not be back. a 1 start hotel on a 5 star dirt lot.

Family stay
The location is phenomenal, right across the street from the beach, and multiple restaurants within a short walking distance. The pool was clean and well-maintained and the view from the pool is great. The room was a little outdated, but clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The continental breakfast was simple but had plenty of options. Overall, a great stay and appropriately priced. We will be back.

Decent Hotel, great view, great location and Ants.
The view was amazing from the King Suite. We were not happy to find a trail of sugar ants around the entire perimeter of the room when we returned from picking up dinner. There were thousands of them. The night worker told us she had no other room for us and that a manager would be in the next morning to talk to. She ended up giving us a strong spray for which I fogged the entire room and saw no Ants after that. I stood in the room as we were there for only 2 nights. I would liked to have seen the firepits on at night but I think the outside bar may have been closed because of Covid. Other than the Ant problem everything was fine. It was nice to be so close to the beach and restaurants.

Very good location.right on the beach and just a few minutes walk from restaurants and the pier. The staff is nice. Nice pool area but Old outdated hotel. Dirty. Beds super uncomfortable. Very noisy at night. I think I’ll find something else for next time.

Great location, right next to many shops, restaurants and the beach, with a fantastic view of the beach. However, this rides a fine line of being a great deal for the location and view, and being priced right because of the conditions of the property. There was no daily housekeeping due to "Covid", which is understandable. But all of our feet were black just from walking around our room barefoot, the bathtub took a few minutes to drain after a shower, and it just needs updated all around.
