Oft San Conrado Hotel

The hotel is located in the central part of town. At night the area is abandoned. However can find a place to eat within 1.5 miles to eat until 1 in the morning that has a decent buffet. When I arrived at the hotel, took about an hr before they finally got me checked in . kept telling me that they did not have my reservation and to call expedia. call expedia from Brazil? long story short, after calling expedia and being on hold for over 30 minutes the hotel finally found my reservation.The searched my reservation using my first and middle name from my passport instead of searching using my last name. DUH!!!!! Then on top of that, I had several pieces of luggage and when it was time for me to walk to the elevator it was obvious that I was having problems with carrying my bags, The porter stood at the front desk and just looked at me . Did not offer to help at all. The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel also includes a exercise room with a space just outside of it on the 8th floor which offers a nice balcony to relax with a nice view over looking the area. Be aware! the hotels listing states they have a managers reception each day. This is false, They do not. When I asked they told me not there perhaps at another partner hotel. I told them that they should take it out of the listing then because it misleads guest. Overall, good value for the price. used uber to arrive from airport. about 7 dollars.

Incrível, legal, arrumado, cama boa, meu quarto dez. Enfim, pra mim foi top. CAFÉ da manhã otimooooo.

Ponto positivo: Café da manhã e localização Ponto negativo: Banheiro muito velho e mofado Quarto muito pequeno Parede do quarto mofada Serviço de manobrista terrível esperamos 40 minutos para ter o carro... isso porque solicitamos 15 minutos antes do solicitado Quartos precisam de reforma.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto bem grande, funcionários educados, café da manhã muito bom, enfim ótimo custo benefício, recomendo esse hotel.

Foi uma ótima estadia, limpeza e funcionários prestativo.

Fiz a reserva e somente quando cheguei lá eles tinham vendido minha reserva para outra pessoa. Falta de respeito. Aí enviaram para meu e mail depois que a reserva tinha sido cancelada

banheiro mofado com cheiro ruin , sem segunda toalha para quarto duplo, pedimos 3 x entre 2 horas, e não trouxeram, tivemos que nos secar em mesma toalha, péssimo atendimento.

Gostei da hospedagem mas atendimento no restaurante é muito lento. Tive um outro problema, às 3:20 da madrugada um funcionário do hotel abriu a porta do meu quarto me causando um grande susto.

Reserva era 2 quartos quando chegamos só tinha reservado de 1quarto.
