Comfort Inn Conference Center Tumwater - Olympia

I would have preferred to complete my stay. But, I am not in the business of complaining. There were noisy upstairs guests that made it impossible for me to sleep. I did speak to the staff once. The noise stopped for a little while. Instead of wanting to complain more, I asked to be moved to another room in a quieter part of the building. Due to Covid rules, I was not allowed to change rooms. So, I opted to check out with no resistance from the staff. It appears as this hotel is operated by a franchisee and maintenance is an issue. I guess they are doing the best they can. But, peeling wallpaper, a shower head being held up with rubber bands and some mildew didn’t make a good impression. If it hadn’t been for the noisy guests and inability to change rooms, I could have overlooked the aesthetic deficiencies and stayed.

Very Dirty Rooms. Do not stay at this location. Homeless people were fighting outside late at night.

There was many problems at check in.... The carpet on the room had spots pulled up and I cut my foot on it.... The key cards didn't work 80% of the time and I spent a lot of time locked out of my room trying to get in. They tried to charge me twice for the room... Over all only good thing about the room was the jacuzzi tub in the room

I had a room that has issues at first but when I brought it to their attention I was promptly moved and that room was taken out of service

Our stay was lovely and very comfortable. We could not ask for.better, not with this so-called virus that is out now. However, we sure did miss the breakfast that we as guest would have gotten to enjoy if the covid-19 wasn't in Existence. Unfortunately the swimming pool and hot tub wasn't open to the guest either but, fortunately we rented a one night stay with a jetted tub in the room. So really we got to enjoy the night the way we wanted and the delivery service was prompt and the food was still warm. The knyou Kyle for all your wonderful help you offered to my husband and I. We have needed a get away night and it was worth it. Thank you so much, looking forward to spending the nights in the future with this particular hotel since this is my husbands favorite hotel yet. First, I was SO grateful that this hotel accepted cats, as I was traveling with my (healthy!) 19 year old feline and had already been turned away from a few hotels, even though they claimed ‘Pet Friendly’. Two extraordinary employees at the front desk, Kyle & Toni, were kind and thoughtful and really went out of their way to make my stay easy, comfortable and quiet! I even stayed an extra day because I was able to rest from a long road trip. This stay proved to be a blessing for me, especially in this time of difficult travel! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The keys would only work every 12th time you tried them. The shower curtain had no unripped rings to it. Poorly taken care of place. Bed was nice but the rest was not good.

Broken pull-out couch. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for on-site laundry. Overcharged after speaking with directly about what fees would be. Not enough Cleanliness practices going on for COVID-19. No type of bagged breakfast in place of dine-in breakfast during COVID-19. Unfriendly. Unwelcoming.

Dog friendly, friendly staff, well buffered setting

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. One night left me pain in my neck and lower back. The room smelled like stale smoke even though it’s supposedly a smoke free hotel. For the amount of money paid, I would have expected more.
