Awesome place to stay. Friendly staff and great service

All was going well for our short stay. We liked family museum and the breakfast. Only spa is a bit loud.

Comfortable bed, handy location to parks and city. Got really busy breakfast time but managed well by staff.will stay again

I recently stayed here with my 10 year old daughter. Our room was very comfortable with two queen beds and suited us for the two nights. The rooms are not sound proofed so we were woken up early by loud voices one morning and very late the other night. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the breakfast was really lovely and my daughter had a dip in the pool. There is plenty of off-street parking and easy to get in and out of. The paraphernalia around Jimmy’s bar were really cool to look at while enjoying a meal or beverage. We could have walked into town but it was very hot so took an Uber for approximately $6-$7. Very convenient.

Disappointing as I paid over $300 for both of my daughters and their partners to stay in spa studios as an early Xmas gift on seperate nights only for them both to say that the staff woman were extremely rude to them and very unhelpful... my young adult both fulltime working daughters 1st stay in hotels I was really disappointed to here .. they did mention there was a male staff member who was amazing... so come on management everyone needs to learn how to be respectful pleasant and helpful

Good location, and clean. Old condition, unsure if value for price. Some of the staff helpful. Parking is wherever there is a spot.

Lovely quiet room. Very happy. Good breakfast. Interesting features to hotel in communal areas.
