Oikein hyvä ja toimiva, moderniksi remontoitu huoneistohotelli hyvien julkisten liikenneyhteyksien päässä kaikkialta. Lähialueella hyvä valikoima ostos- ja ruokailupaikkoja. Huone tilava ja valoisa, vaaleasävyinen. Vuode- ja vuodevaatteet sekä muut huonekalut kunnolla ja toimivat, samoin sisääntulokäytävässä sijaitseva pieni keittiö jääkaappeineen. Iso ikkuna avautuu kadulle, mutta kadun hälinä ei onneksi juurikaan kuulu sisälle. Palvelu asiallista ja ystävällistä. Työmatkailijan yllätyksetön varma valinta.

Perfect stay for 1 week. 1 bad point I want to mention is the airco. No airco in the rooms and the temperature was so high. And you can't leave the window open since it is very noisy outside. But beside that everything was perfect. Thank you

Location was perfect, walking distance from the city centre

Have been there many times but no attention to detail. Bathroom fixtures becoming detached from the wall and only requiring a few turns of a screw driver or little DIY. Hangers in cupboard were left exactly how the precious guest had left themselves turned, twisted, all mixed up. There used to be a minimum Coffee and tea making supplies in the room and a proper bean to cup in the lobby, but that’s all gone! Staff were friendly and helpful, but it’s kept to a strict minimum since there never was more than one at the desk but more heard chatting in the back office, unless they were only passing by?

I liked the location. I really didn't like the hygeine and the layout of the room.

Clean and spacious apartment with a good location.

Location and amenities were nice but it is a well worn hotel overdue for a renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a lot of noise all night. We were on the second floor and could here people in the hallway and outside on the street all night. Could use some soundproofing in the renovation that is also needed.

Location was very good, close to bus stations and tram stations (but not too far to walk into town). My room mostly clean however the bathroom was a little grimy in certain places and the lamps and tables had lots of hairs on them (almost like beard trimmings). Nothing I couldn't live with because the room itself was very nice! Service was good and attentive, however my key card for my room didn't work a few times and I had to go to reception to get it changed (nothing too bad) and also I booked a taxi via the hotel to take me to the train station. The taxi never came and the hotel just asked me "well you can take the metro?" "why do you want a taxi?" I don't understand why the questions are relevant, I can appreciate that the taxi not coming wasn't the fault of the hotel though. By the time they offered to call me a new taxi it would've been too late, so I missed my train, unfortunately. It's honestly not the worst thing in the world, and it doesn't change my mind of the hotel, it was a lovely place, with a great location for a nice price. Just book a taxi yourself!

Very centally located and clean appartment . Bed wasnt the most comfortable but at 6'2" I might have been too big for the bed provided. Overall, friendly staff with clean rooms and about 20 mins walk to the grand place ....perfect for a city break in Brussels

Although rooms were clean, the cleaning person comes every 3 days. So the visitor has to take out the garbage and keep his room tidy on his own. Except this fact it is an OK place to stay given the fact that it is strategically located.
