Breakfast was nice. Overall services was great. Will stay there again.

The staff and the restaurants are by far the best thing about this hotel; the rest is just mediocrity: the rooms are 1980s style: large but clunky; central aircon ..unable to adjust temperature, blowing warm air. Every night the noise of heavy room doors and wardrobes being shut. Our Non-smoking floor only by name - thick smell of cigarettes around. No electric sockets at bedside tables for charging phones. Temperamental electric control console for: A/C button turns on lights, pressing light buttons changes aircon settings etc. Whilst there is a desk in the room, the desk chair seating level is for midgets: the seating is so low one cannot even sit down properly to comfortably work ..my laptop keyboard is at at neck level -absolutely ridiculous. The location of hotel is not the most suitable for business, ..no ATM's nearby, not even a 7-11 type shop; mobile phone reception only good if you are standing next to a window; wifi connection sluggish. During my stay, every day there were 2 busloads of tourists from mainland China ..incredibly noisy; the coffeeshop was like a busy bus station in rural China - pushing and shoving, noise +++ This place is good for Chinese tourists out to explore Saigon ..but it is simply not up to international standard.

hotel is a bit old and there is not too much around the neighborhood. friendly and helpful staff!

Overall I was satisfy of my stay. Surprisingly I did not realize I had my dinner with value pay. Esp the staff who serve my family, I felt very tiring on him since he kept explained of the food. I was disappointed I stay the hotel for casino but casino May closed down or what.

This was our third stay at the Equatorial Hotel in the last six years. Each time we have taken advantage of the Club Lounge at an additional cost and have been very pleased with the benefits it provides. Although only a little more than 3 kms from the main part of town, walking is not an option but the hotel’s shuttle bus service is very good. Our room was well appointed and the bed was phenomenal. The pool provides welcome relief from the Saigon heat and the swim up bar is a top spot to enjoy a drink. The staff are very helpful but special mention must go to Ruby who has an eye for detail and really cares for her guests. I hope to return to the Equatorial for a fourth time in the future.

There for a wedding. Waited for room past normal check in. They were to notify us when ready, didn't. Everything else lovely.

Very good location quite. Checking quickly. Good service.
