Lovely room and great service, also has a really good location

its the little things at this place that are annoying, safe doesn't work, replaced, fridge door doesn't close properly, bedlamp falls over all the time, the iron which was replaced twice spray black stuff all over shirts when pressing. some of the staff at front desk are quite rude and one of them blatently lied to me. a couple of front staff very nice, so hit and miss. bed was good. pillows good, wifi pathetic

Great location, right in the middle of Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and city centre. Service was excellent and fast check-in. Definitely be coming back!

the hotel is very conveniently located at King street wharf where all the restaurants are. The hotel itself is ok could do with an upgrade our bathroom was very old and some of the fixtures in there were hanging of the wall and there was mould. We think Some of the doors of the other rooms nearby were not fixed with a soft door closer as other guest were slamming the doors late at night (2am!!) .
