Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah I-95 North, GA

The window in our room had a huge crack in it allowing the cold air to come in. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told they were aware of it. The traffic pattern was confusing and there was not a decent variety of restaurants near by. Will definitely take this one off my list

Linen was stained upon arrival as well as stains resembling blood on accent chair. Black mold like substance on the ceiling. The toilet had a ring around the bowl. Requested sheets be changed due to the stains but when we returned the same sheets were still on the bed (just remade). As a result, we Had to call for someone to come back up & change the linen. The guy wasnt happy to have to come do that but had it been done that morning (like we asked) we wouldnt have had to call that evening when we returned to our room. The pool area had trash including used bandaids along the floor. There were no towels on the poolside towel shelf & when the 3 of us requested pool towels... the guy returned with literally 1 towel. The pool did not smell as if it had been treated with ANY chlorine (so we wound up not using it anyway on day two) also the spa was broken. The pool room smelled stale:-( The people above us were extremely noisy on night 2(like a herd of animals running over us) I will say the front desk did handle that well!! The breakfast was fresh & had good options. Overall the staff was friendly, minus 2 characters. I would not stay at that particular location again:-(

Everything was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel was very nice and clean. Pool was clean and well maintained.

It was good until they decided to paint in our room and didn’t tell us. We got back to room late and had to move rooms. Big inconvenience because I am handicapped.

Noisy. Heard a train several times during the night. Interstate noise. Truck tanker parking lot behind the hotel. Room needed a floor lamp by chair.
