Vermilion River Suites Hotel

Worst stay at a hotel ever. I would not recommend staying there for any reason. Wife checked in I arrived at around 11:30pm we were on the third floor and as soon as I left the elevator I heard people partying very loudly call the lobby twice to report the noise nothing was done. Went back down stairs told the we were leaving they finally offered to move us to another room although it meant moving at 1:00 in the morning. Moved into the new room and the jacuzzi tub wouldn’t work but at that point I’m to tired to talk to them about it but the wife did and the night guy said he would leave a note with a description of the problems. The next morning around 9:30 the manager Andy Patel with as master key barged into the room unannounced if it weren’t for the fold over lock he would have come all the way in unannounced. He checked out the jacuzzi tub and proceeded to blame us for tripping the breaker. Told us it works every thought no one ever told us to check it or the it was ever there. Asked him for a refund are a discount for all the problems and was told the was nothing he could do

Newly renovated. Great front desk service (including bringing linens to our room to make up the couch for my son). Will definitely stay again.

The hotel appeared to be recently remodeled. The staff was outstanding!

This is an excellent location so when the renovations are completed it should make a better choice.
