Would stay again but only w/ earplugs!
Happy about the affordability of room w/2 dbl beds. Advertised indoor "heated" pool, jacuzzi, exercise room too. Parking onsite was fine. The room was decent, clean, bed was a a bit hard & sheets rough (for me). Loud mechanical noise, could have been elevator or heavy duty washer/dryer. Stayed relatively noisy 'til 2 a.m. and then started again at 5 a.m. I would suggest earplugs/sleep headphones, depending on where your room is located. Other family member was fine with bed & wore headphones, slept great. 🙄 Bathroom was clean, lots of towels, blowdryer included. Water pressure okay except for toilet, had to hold the handle down to make sure it would flush. No microwave/fridge, considering cost can't complain. There was a water heater for coffee & a few coffee packs, also 2 bottled waters provided. Ice machine by elevator, on same floor. Pool good size, barely warm. Jacuzzi was hot, jets worked great. However, had to wait for foam to dissipate, was like bubble bath. Both were slightly neglected, need a scrub. Small exercise room: 2 treadmills & 1 bike(?), looked in decent shape. No continental breakfast, buffet for $13. Biggest issue: phone line! Tried to call front desk, could not hear anything on the line but major static/interference. Not sure if receiving end was the same. In an emergency, could be life-threatening! Please fix your phone lines! Can't beat the cost considering it's HB, close enough to beach. Check out Olde World, can walk to it, good bands on weekend!
