They need to pay closer attention to detail.

The room was okay but no internet access. Called the front desk they told us call the techguru.com hotline they the call center agent try to reboot and check our wifi address but didn't resolve, inform us to call front desk to transfer to another room but nobody answered it was near midnight. Phone keeps ringing. We don't want to go back there

The walls in the hotel are very thin. I heard the person next door tv playing. I was abke to hear their shower running. I was able to hear the people in the hallway that were very loud

Neighbors near our room had TV on extra loud until 5:30am. King Size bed lumpy and noisey.

There was an unexpected fee that had better be returned. The room was dirty. The coffee was awful. The check in was very slow. We left very early in the morning just to get out of there. We will never stay there ever again.

We had a neighbor who had the TV on all night and you could hear it through the adjoining door. No sleep. Listened to old sitcoms. Relief was the room fan coming on and drowning out the TV.

The hotel was okay and served its purpose for the night we stayed. There were many loud guests on our floor and the walls were very thin, so that was a little frustrating. The beds were comfortable, but we used the sofa bed in addition to the other two beds, and the sofa bed was pretty badly stained.

We were in room 202, which opens up to the lobby area. Room was clean, but very noisy. You could hear the phone ringing and conversation from the front desk till late at night for late check-ins and then again early in the morning for early checkouts. Hotel & staff fine, room 202 NOT.

Stay was fine for a night on the road. At check in we were told there would be grab and go breakfast bags. None were available. Additionally terrible water pressure for shower.
