This is more of a boutique hotel just south of shopping and dining options. Once you figure out the location you will be 10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. You may feel the hotel is 'out of the way' but its not. The lobby is simple and small as are the rooms but they have a small breakfast area and smaller (but nice) bar area to hav a drink after exploring.

Nice hotel, reasonable rates.
The Arthaus is a very nice hotel. The rooms are modern and clean but on the small side. My biggest complaint was the plows. They were too hard and uncomfortable for my liking. On the plus side, the hotel is close to shopping and abundant dining options.
