Enjoyed our stay
With the exception of the power outage, everything went well. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Hats off to the chef for the lovely drizzle he used on the slice tomatoes. I thought the parking was a bit pricey, but I guess that's to be expected when staying downtown.

Great area right off Whiskey Row. Only draw back was our room was on the Market Street side and it was cruise row for all the cars and motorcycles showing off how loud they could be. Otherwise our stay was awesome definitely will stay again!!

Exceptional hotel, staff and location!!
The staff here really made this trip amazing! Easy access to highways, which is what we needed. Parking is so convenient compared to other hotels in the area....and they all charge an additional fee....but, this was the safest hotel parking we have ever experienced in Louisville downtown. Great location to restaurants, etc. Comfy beds and was very quiet. This will be the only hotel we use for future stays in Louisville. See you in November!!

Road Noise
Diane was our bartender two of the nights and she was absolutely a bright point. Love her, great person. As for the hotel it was fine. However the noise from outside was too much. The hotel graciously provided a white noise machine and ear plugs standard. But the noise from vehicles speeding through the intersection was too much. 4am trash pickup was also extreme.
