Holiday Inn Westbury - Long Island

Great location. Nice people. Fast service

I love staying here. It’s so peaceful and no one is banging on ur door. Everything is super clean. Btw they have a public laundry room that u can use :) it’s amazing.

Check in I was charged $800 in additional fees, I was told my rooms had a fridge and microwave .they did not. Rooms dark and small . Too much furniture packed in a small space..there was garbage in the hallway. I had to dispose of my own trash daily. The best thing about this hotel was the location . Close by to malls and eatery . The quality of service we got , should've stayed at Redroof inn

No do not recommend. The bed was the only comfortable thing. No microwave nor fridge .I was better off going to the redroof inn garbage was left outside of all the rooms in front of doors I was told maintenance comes every couple of days after check in. They had additional fees aside from hotel stay. Not everyone wore mask that's including employees. Overall the hotel was poor rating. Rooms very small. There weren't any carts to take your bags up. They were occupied by the workers. Needless to say I cut my stay short. Don't be fooled those bags were garbage sat outside of the rooms after ppl were done eating. There were no trash rooms available for them to through out garbage daily. It was there everyday till house keeping came every floor had this. Some days more then others. Plus side to it .walking distance from shopping areas but so are other hotels that are located in that same area.

The room was very clean and check-in was a breeze. There were lots of places to eat around the area and everyone was nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the room. The bathroom was amazing. In most places I have stayed when you say mon smoking .. you would hope it doesn’t smell like cigarettes ( it still does) BUT my room smelled so good.. what I didn’t like was the ice machine wasn’t working 😞

Room was better than I expected for the price

Way better than expected since previous reviews left me feeling nervous and uncertain about what my stay would look like. To my surprise, it was actually pretty nice and the room itself was a nice size and not at all cramped feeling. Everything seemed well taken care of and very clean! Aesthetically, it was also pretty nice due to recent changes. They’re in the middle of renovations still but that never affected me nor my stay.

Good service. I’m glad they took all precautions during COVID.

The room was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere; however, there were some sleep issues. The mattress was too soft for my husband, so he didn't sleep well. The bigger issue was that the walls are too thin. We could hear people coming and going each time they walked by, and we were woken up around 1:45 AM by (awkward, but I would want to know if I was checking reviews!) a neighboring couple's love-making session, and it wasn't quiet enough for us to go back to sleep until it was over. If the hotel was packed with people, we could be more understanding, but the parking lot wasn't near full at any time while we were there, so the rooms could have been spaced out more, if they're unable to provide more sound-proof walls...
