The third floor smelled terrible as people were cooking fish in their room. Moved to first floor - smell was gone. The beds are platform beds and are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Do not recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The hotel and room are clean. The hotel room itself is like a dorm room. Basic but clean and usable. HOWEVER besides being clean and safe my only other need was that the hotel offer quiet sleeping accommodations. This was NOT the case. My first night the hotel fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM. Someone apparently was smoking in their room. My second night the hotel fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. Both, of course, woke me from a sound sleep. Then on the second night around 3 AM the room air unit decided to basically explode - imagine a fan slamming again a piece of metal with every turn sounding like a machine gun. Nothing would help it and then I had to turn off the unit. The front desk closes the security blind and no one answered from my cell phone. My room did NOT have a phone even though there is a placard directing me to dial 500 from my room phone. Even though the staff was nice and the place clean I will NEVER stay here again. I needed sleep and I didn’t get that which is the main reason you get a hotel room.

It was okay.
The room I paid for that was pre-booked over a month ago was not available at check-in. The backup rooms we were given were not even cleaned before being booked out to us, and we had to wait over an hour before we were put into a room. The only good part of the experience was the lovely employee who saw our frustration and disappointment and tried her best to accommodate and get our situation figured out as soon as possible. She was so kind and so excited that our trip was to see The Eras Tour. Overall, it wasnt a terrible stay, but the check-in process and cleanliness was a hassle and extremely upsetting on what should have been a happy, memorable weekend.
