I have a child with special needs. I told the staff but they would still not allow me to bring a metal spoon to the room to microwave & stir a certain instant oatmeal which is the only breakfast he eats. I would say they’re very unaccommodating.

Amazing room! We LOVED the set-up down to the positioning of the bed, over-sized love seat, rotating and titling bracket on TV, beautiful and the need for so comfortable and the sheets are super soft. It was by far our favorite hotel stay to date. Super reasonably priced as well. The ONLY negative was the lady working the bistro was by herself and made is feel rushed and not relaxed. We had to go get our own menu, the TV's weren't working, no music so the only ambiance was the last frantically preparing meals. So we called and Uber and went elsewhere.
