By far the best hotel in town, amazing suites!! Wonderdul staff everything in and out of rooms always worked never had any problems except for the way they charge your card is confusing but they are more than willing to explain

Toilet backed up and the AC was not working. The weekend outside temperatures were 103-110. The room temperature would only reach a low of 80 degrees in the room. We had to cut a stay short because of the room and hotel conditions.

Check in was a breeze and the breakfast was good.

Had the 2 bedroom suite which was like home away from home. Big enough for family of 6. The size of a small apartment. Pleasing to the eye. Staff was helpful and friendly. The kitchen sink became clogged and they worked quickly to get it fixed. Due to covid-19 it was a limited breakfast but was still pleasing and decent selection. Also everything was closed off such as pool, gym etc but that is out of their control. By looking at it we would have been very pleased had we been able to use them. A little pricey but for what is offered its well worth it.

Staff is very nice, helpful and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Didn't get a refund on my stay although I contacted this hotel as well as hotels.com several times. As a frequent customer of both I expected a higher standard of care.

One of the night in the middle of my shower my water pressure went low and then off. I was happy I was finishing my shower.

Came in for a baseball tourney. Room was great for multiple kids. Staff was friendly. Kids loved the basketball court
