Holiday Inn Express Miami International Airport

The bathroom & carpet in the room was dirty. The hallways were also dirty. It seems that nobody is worried about cleanliness. The front desk blamed Covid-19 for the rooms not being cleaned to standard but during the pandemic, I would expect the rooms to be extra clean. There were food crumbs on the carpet, empty beer cans under the furniture. The mini fridge was noisy & leaked.

no complaint at all, everything went smooth, very clean, hot water, breakfast ok, due to the covid 19, we understand the situation, otherwise very pleased,shutlle bus to airport was available in the morning to the airport

When we saw the room, with poor air quality, musty and moldy smell, we did not stay there. We called Hoels.com and asked for cancellation w/o any charge. I hope we were not charged?

This was a disappointing hotel to stay at. First, it took them 30 minutes to pick me up from the airport, when it was not a busy night and I was the only one that needed a ride. The property is a bit run-down. The air conditioning was not working in the hallways so it was incredible stuffy. The air conditioner in my room was also not working. Thankfully, it was a relatively cool night when I stayed. I called the front desk but they didn't have anyone to repair it. In the morning, I asked to store my bag for an hour but they said that they didn't have any room to store it. I basically spent the night in a hotbox and got a lot of no's to my requests. Overall, my room was clean and the bed comfortably but it was the other details that spoiled my stay. Choose the Ramada next door, it's a very nice property.

The room had a musty stink,Ia had to leave at down,I had asthma.The unbearable smell,everything clean but old and stinky,I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I wouldn't stay here again. The front desk was very friendly, but our first room smelled so bad we had to ask to be moved. The second room didn't smell, but there was a huge wet spot on the carpet and the TV didn't work. The whole hotel is dated and needs a thorough scrubbing.

May stay was horrible. The first room I was given had blood and urine stain in the sheets and bed topper. The second room bed wasn't the cleanest and the roll out bed was dirty with food and condoms rappers still in it. I have yet to receive a curious call from the manager after complaining of this matter.

While the location was Great the condition of hotel was really bad , in this pandemic we booked Holliday inn by paying a premium prize with the expectation that it would be clean and sanitized but we were disappointed with it . I assume Management will take care of the concerns and work on the issues to make it a safe stay for others...
