The bathroom was very out dated. Towel bar was nailed to a board that was nailed to the wall. Stains on bed covers. No tea bags in rooms. Air comdiotioner was filthy. Breakfast was very limited. Definitely not a $100 dollar a night room.

There was red stains on our sheets, bugs all of the ceiling and in the toilet. Cigarette buds all of the ground outside our door.

I shared my room with an unwanted guest.
The staff were friendly. Initially it was a good stay. In the morning, I lifted up a bag and a GIANT cockroach darted out from under it. It was at least 1" long. It was disgusting.

Not bad but not good either.
Check in was great. Room seemed fine as we walked in. Until we got close to the bathroom. There was dirty towels hanging up, hair everywhere, tooth paste in the sink and soap still in the shower. There was one hand towel, no towels. I had to go to the office to get towels where I told the staff the bathroom wasnt clean and the dirty towels were left. She just rolled her eyes. The previous room keys were left as well. I questioned if the sheets had even been changed.

no room at the inn
no stay. booked online and when we went back to get room we were told the rooms were double booked . because of the storm . we had no water, electric and no internet or phone service .
I was told at first our room wasn't clean and it would be ready when we returned . we were told there was no room.

Check in dreadful
The check was dreadful, we waited at least 45 minutes. Felt really sorry for the guy on reception as he received no support from his manager, who was behind the counter and ad there was a queue of 5 people, I thought he should have helped
