Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hoffman Estates, IL

I heard from a friend that you could pay to park and fly after a nights stay here. I called after I made the registration because it wasn't mentioned in the booking and they added it to my registration. I was very impressed by their customer service. They were nice on the phone and made sure they knew when to schedule the shuttle to take me to the airport and when to go pick me back up. Thank you for the great service!

have stayed here a few times now because of weather and work/time constraints. The first time I stayed here one employee went to great lengths to make me comfortable. Richa is a very friendly, enthusiastic individual. This stay she remembered me when I came to check-in. She is the reason I have decided to stay here when the need arises. The rooms are quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable as I can actually get a good night's sleep

This hotel has some negative reviews so I felt I should weigh in now that they have renovated. The renovations on this place are very nice, including the lobby, breakfast areas and rooms. The customer service is really good too. The breakfast is good and they have complimentary coffee, tea and cookies all day long. I stayed in a renovated suite and it was nice and clean. They still have a little work to do to complete the rooms, for example, there were no towel racks up yet, they room didn't have the mini fridge I was expecting (although there is a place for it to go in), and the coffee display is set up in an area where there were no outlets. But overall, it was a really good value considering what we paid for the room.

Hotel has been rebranded from my last stay, and the upgrades to the room furnishings, lobby, and common meeting/breakfast area was impressive. The luke-warm shower I took at 7:15 AM Monday morning was the one disappointing aspect of my stay.

Hotel is under new owner and is under major innovation which should have been disclosed in the listing. Formal entrance is closed, only a man sitting at a desk set up temporarily at the back door. Found 2 croaches in the bathroom, dusty, not to mention customer services, won’t stay again.
