Great location
The hotel staff was friendly, room was clean. It smelled little strange from cleaning chemicals. The comforter on one of the beds needs to be replaced. It had several lumps of down feathers or whatever the stuffing is was clumped in lumps through the comforter.

Our favorite Pruneyard Hotel
We love the Double Tree Inn at Prune Yard. Great experience. Nicolas checked us in he was extremely helpful. Our room was accommodating, clean and Comfortable. Our only complaint was that my Husband hurt his foot on the trestle stepping out From bathroom to the floor. There was a lg transition and it was unnoticeable and he hit his Foot and tripped on it. Not good! I also tripped a couple of times. Maintenance needed to repair the area so That no one else gets hurt. Outside of that, it was a great stay.
