Smells like nasty curry... Renovation was okay but still ran by same people. All your stuff will smell like garbage curry becuase it is being used as a subcontinent flophouse.

I had a good stay. My room was clean and no issues. The Country Hearth Inn was the only place under $170 I could find. My money went far and I'm satisfied with my overnight visit. However, the facility is very outdated, not well illuminated, and the mattresses were laughably bad. Again, I saved a substantial amount of money and the tradeoff was worth it.

Room was excellent. Clean and furnished well. If this hotel is rated as a 2-star, than it is a 5-star within that category, and I don't write reviews! Best sleep I got during that 11 day jaunt. If you are visiting anywhere near Washington Courthouse, it is worth the drive to come to this Hotel, and enjoy the peace and quiet of a very comfortable room.
