It’s ok
The rooms were ok, nothing wonderful to them. You really need to have a sign on entrance. Breakfast needs a lot attention. Eggs were watery, sausage was just gross. Pancakes were very small, waffle was normal. Juice is unsanitary just anyone can touch it, you can not sanitize it. Bathroom in hall needs to be cleaned. In the room the metal piece under the bed hurts toes. The bathroom needs baseboards to be cleaned.

Poor lighting.
I thought the lighting was poor, especially in the bathroom and the mirror was in bad shape. I was concerned about the high traffic noise until about 11:30 when is subsided sufficiently. The staff were very courteous and I appreciated that.

I was really disappointed. When we went to the desk to check in, I was informed that the only king size rooms available were upstairs and there was no elevator. I was offered two double queen rooms but was upcharged $20 per room. I felt like I’d fallen for a bait and switch.

I didn’t like pet charge. On a service dog I didn’t like trying to find the entrance to the rooms round the back of the building. No signs. I wish the room had more character Not one piece of artwork (bit like a luxury prison cell) The traffic noise is a little loud The girl in front desk was highly professional and patient with me!
