This hotel robbed me!
The hotel stole my money. I booked a two night stay with hotels.com. Unfortunately, when I got to the airport delta canceled my flight. They were not able to put me on another flight until the next day. I called the hotel and they assured me I would be able to come the next day.
I called the next day when I was sure I was going to get on a flight and was again assured that my room was available.
When it was time to check out I asked for my receipt. The attendant told me that there printed was broke (which I now think was a lie) and he would email me a copy. When I looked at my receipt after I left because I rushing to go on a cruise, I noticed the hotel charged me the two nights I booked with hotels.com and an additional night. So I stayed at this hotel 1 night and was charged for 3 nights.
When I returned from my cruised, I called the hotel. They stated that because I didn’t show up the first night I was responsible for both nights and when I came in the second night it was a whole new reservation. I talked to two hotel staff and they didn’t tell me this. This is ridiculous. I would have never stayed the second night if I knew it was not part of my 2 night stay I had booked already. It a shame that this hotel is in the business of robbing their consumers.
I would not recommend you stay here. Also I will never book with hotels.com again because they didn’t offer any help with this situation.
I am think about taking further action to get my money back.
