Excelente hotel boutique, lo único que le falta es tener la opción de ver Netflix en las teles de los cuartos, ya es muy anticuado ofrecer tele de cable.

clean rooms and bathrooms. very comfortable bed and pillows. included breakfast is ok, nothing out of this world, but gets the job done. free parking. hottt water, cold A/C, nice location. would def stay here again!

Good enough

I believe the concept is good but they could improve the facilities, include better brand toiletries, revamp the restaurants and bars. Location is great and good value for money.

The location of the hotel is great but the inside is shabby and dirty. The carpets and Furnature were all in desperate need of steam cleaning. I even had cigarette burns the table in my room. I left after 1 night, I was very disappointed.

Hotel is careless and dirty, there is a lot of noise, I couldn’t sleep. Basically, the hotel is nothing like the advertising they do on social media.

My arrival was not good. I understand that my room may not have been ready, but the "customer service" was just non-existent. They kept saying "15 more minutes" for literally hours. I could have went somewhere else rather than just wait around. The front desk staff seemed like college kids that had no training or standards on customer service. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for this room. While the room was cute, there were very little amenities. I paid for the "master suite" which included nothing more than an extra chair and a table. Honestly I paid way too much for this hotel. It has great potential as it's a newly remodeled place, but it lacks a lot.
