Rodeway Inn Kingman Route 66

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew. The smell was so bad I had to leave after one night. The stopper was stuck in the bathroom drain, and when I finally pulled it out, it was covered with slime. Everything was run down, damaged, etc.; and the TV did not work. The "free hot breakfast" was a waffle maker with batter from some kind of machine. The only other options were pastries. The only thing available to drink was coffee. I'm fine with a budget room for a budget price. The only thing I was looking for was a place to sleep while I was doing the tourist thing. But this place was a hot mess, at any price.

Walking distance to Walgreens and a steakhouse. No coffee in room.

Front desk was very nice. The room was very dirty throughout. Recently remodeled.

It was a great stop for the night, front desk staff very friendly!

Rooms are old need to be freshened up ie: big gap under main door,towels were clean but stained, lampshades were broken and taped together

This place has deteriorated and it is sad. Our sink didn't drain. The toilet bowl wobbled. A chair was broken with nails protruding from the back. The fan in the bathroom was so loud we refused to turn it on. The price was amazing. But you get what you pay for. It is still an in demand property but the quality is not up to previuos standards.

Checked in about an hour early. The guy at the front desk looked like tiny from house of 1000 corpses. They didn’t wear masks, non of the staff. I went to my room and rude house cleaners told me my room wasn’t done and “he” wasn’t supposed to rent me a room yet. I told them I’ll wait outside. The male house cleaner looked like he wanted to fight me. He said 15 minutes I said okay. He stared at me okay, I said clean it then. He looked mad. My girlfriend saw him drinking a beer while cleaning the rooms the next day. All the staff looks like meth heads. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere better. Foul smelling room, dirty carpet. No fan in bathroom. Roaches. Housekeepers look like trash. I wouldn’t bring a family here. Noisy next to road. ac smells like old death, curtains covered in dust.

It was close for all my needs. Property needs updating. Even though very clean, some areas look dirty, like tile in common areas. Nothing on the walls in rooms makes it less homey. Carpeting was the best feature, looked new. Has everything you need, iron, hairdryer, microwave, fridge with freezer. Parking was convenient as well. Overall, I was pleased!

All good but room above us people walking around and moving things throughout the night 😔
