Wonderful service and style
Great customer service. Unusual and interesting style and decor. The rooms are cleverly designed but are a little small. This didn't bother me though as my room was well-maintained and suitable for my needs. But I was staying only one night. A longer stay may have made the room feel more cramped.

It was the perfect location. My only complaints were lack of pillows and not being able to figure out the bathroom lights.

Great stay
Excellent stay in ultra-modern room. Very convenient to TD Garden after Bruins game. Smooth check in, friendly helpful staff and super quiet. Best for 1-2 people. Only down side is no parking.... But we will be back!!

Different, but Awesome
It is a very different hotel and not the typical way a hotel is run. If you travel frequently and are used to traditional hotels you may find this place a bit awkward. This being said, it was a very decent place to stay. It is in a great location and will definitely look into staying here again on my next Boston trip.
