Grand Hyatt San Francisco Union Square

Grand Hyatt on hyvällä paikalla Union Squaren välittömässä läheisyydessä. Chiba Town yhden korttelin päässä, ym. Hotelli itse kaipaa jo hiukan päivitystä mutta kaikki toimii hyvin, jopa huoneiden lämmitys. Aamiaishuone hiukan pienehkö ja joutuu jonottamaan 7.45-9.15 välillä. Mutta ei kuitenkaan kovin pitkään. Asiallinen Hyatt hyvällä paikalla.

For the insane price that I was charged per night ($700+), I was incredibly disappointed. The room condition was moderate with old fixturing, the bed was not comfortable with tough sheets, and the amenities felt like I was at a much more moderately priced hotel. In addition, the room service was HORRIBLE! I needed to send back the bottle of red wine - it was literally undrinkable. For the price that is charged for the room, room service should be presented on a formal tray with linens. Instead, I got a pizza delivered literally in the pizza box; the hummus was inedible. The only positives were that the WiFi was free, the room was reasonably clean, and you are provided with a San Fran welcome packet upon arrival including some fun coupons (I was in town for only one night, so was not able to use any of the coupons). A completely forgettable and disappointing stay - I will not be back.

Great hotel with great views. Between taxes and parking be prepared to pay more than you budgeted for

From the valet/bell hop staff to the front desk, concierge and cleaning staff all were helpful and accommodating.
