"The hotel was walking distance from the JR lines and local lines. Very busy area and quite a distance from airports. Could not check in until 1pm - rooms not ready earlier. Renovations were taking place and we did not have use of the washing machines. Fresh towels and water left at the door when the Do not Disturb sign showing. They supplied toothbrushes and face cleaning products. Staff were good."
