The Villas are excellent, spacious, open plan, centered around a luxury private pool, a perfect magical retreat. The staff are incredible, looking after your every need, nothing is too much trouble, from soting out day trips to, grabbing that extra cup of coffee. They make the place. a good location, 25 mins walk to the beach, 5 minutes to town. We eould certainly go back.

The Wolas is a beautiful place aesthetically. However, the culture of the hotel is to nickel and dime you. They charge for everything, including getting the pillowcase wet after a shower. There are mosquitoes everywhere and the spray they gave did nothing. My husband got another spray from the Indomaret and we finally reduced the mosquitoes in our room. When we returned after a day out and they cleaned, we returned to a swarm of mosquitoes. We decided to stay elsewhere for a few days just to get away from the mosquitoes. For the price, you are not getting what you should be getting for the area. Also, on our last day, our safe suddenly turned off which caused a panic as our passports and my engagement ring were inside and our flight was in a few hours. In short, stay elsewhere.

The staff is excellent. Additionally the rooms were clean, but the bed was a bit hard for me. We purchased the package; one bedroom suite and daily floating breakfast. We also received spa discount which we took advantage of. The only con was I wished the ground had more decorative items and amenities. So renting the villa was all that you get along with breakfast and discounted spa.

The Private pool is the best thing and made the stay quite nice . Outdoor area is beautiful. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Property feels safe. Biggest issue is mosquitos ,completely covered in mozzie bites by the end of it and so uncomfortable. Property is nice but not cleaned very well.
