The beds are very soft. It is probably not the case but the mattresses feel old. They did change our room but the next one wasn’t much better. I love a soft mattress but this was bad. If you have back trouble don’t stay here. I also left my phone in the room and they would not let me go back up after checking out to get it. It was very difficult and finally they let someone take me up to get it. The place is nicely located near Grand Central but nothing special.

On the weekend there is no coffee available before 7am. Available in lobby after 7. Starbucks across the street doesn’t open until 7:30 on the weekend. No coffee in the rooms.
