There was no restaurant or bar. The pool was filthy. I wish they would update their info so we know that they no longer have these amenities. The room was nice. If you went there and just stayed in your room the whole time it would be ok

This property is awful. Garbage in the hall , elevator broke. No air conditioning except for your room. Keys do not let you in side door. Management was rude, ignorant, non professional. Not courteous in any way and never apologized for any inconvenience. It was terrible.

Room was clean. There was no “grab and go” breakfast as advertised. No vending machine to even be able to grab a drink.

Stay away. Local park would have been better
The hotel is a dump. Renovations should be done prior to opening. Elevator in repair. Broken lamps in the room, no toilet seat cover on toilet. No plate in microwave. Uncleaned refrigerator. Extremely very shabby work being done. Walked into a unattended front desk area. Had to call for help just the register in.

I stay at a lot of cheaper hotels, and the condition of such hotels does not generally bother me. However, this one was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. When we arrived, we were given a room that had obviously not been cleaned. There was trash on the nightstand, and the sheets on the bed had been smoothed out but not changed, as there was hair and unidentified black specks all over the bed. Only one towel in the bathroom, and the thermostat was turned off so it was 80 degrees in the room as well. We asked for a different room and were given one with a clean bed, but this bathroom wasn't cleaned, as there were stains in the toilet and dirt in the shower. Getting to both of these rooms had required us to walk through long narrow hallways with random suspicious characters loitering throughout, and we were so exhausted that we chose to keep the room despite the lack of cleanliness. The hotel is relatively new construction, so I had expected better than your typical older cheap hotel, but this was the worst place I have ever stayed. Avoid at all costs.

Choose elsewhere!
Upon checking into the hotel their system was down. So checking over our reservation was not going to be able to happen. The front desk clerk asked on 3 separate times if we needed the 2 - Double Queen room, since it was my husband, my daughter & myself. We were given a key and no explanation on directions to the room or any other information we needed like when breakfast starts, check out time, etc. We drag all of our baggage because there were no luggage carts to be found at 6pm, only to get into the room to find out after asking 3x's about the double queen room to see 1 king size bed. So hauled everything back out to the front desk. No sorry given, just that the new right room is on the 2nd floor and only 1 set of elevators were working in the building. The ones farthest from check in of course. The room wasn't cleaned fully. Trash cans had trash in them, previous guests refrigerator items still in there. We were too tired to bother going through the trouble of going back down to front desk. You could not close the bathroom door without tremendous strength, like it was off the roller system. 1 half roll of toilet paper left for us. Shower door handle broken off. Beds were comfortable overall. The next morning at 6am-8am there was 1 fig bar and a pot of coffee offered for a "full breakfast". One of the top reasons we chose to stay here was to be able to eat free and save time for breakfast before hitting the road to our next destination. Checkout was a joke no one up front.

Go elsewhere and save your money!!! I checked in just after midnight after an entire day of driving. My daughter sat in the car waiting for me to get to my room before she felt uncomfortable leaving me because the parking lot had a basket of clothes strewn all over, various women smoking on the side of the building, and a non employee man hanging out in the lobby. The front desk service attendant was barely functioning and couldn’t even get my key in the envelope. The hallways had trash on the ground, ceiling tiles were sagging, the up keep was poor, and several doors were propped open at midnight. The room appeared tidy but the 1st floor window latch was concerning and I did not feel safe. I’m a world traveler and this is the first time I cried when I got to my room. Between the area of town and the amenities, I decided not to stay the night. Instead I “preferred” to stay at my ex husbands house for the night and see about cancelling my reservation the next morning with some one competent. I’m appalled that Expedia even offers this hotel as an option. Instead I booked with Marriott the next day for the next two nights. Btw, I was only given a refund for one of the three nights I had prepaid. Stephanie, the manager at Clarion, stated because I checked in after midnight on my first night, she would only refund one night. As bad as the accommodations were, I’d rather lose that money than stay there. I will never consider Clarion again and I expected better from Expedia.

Go somewhere else.
The hotel was dirty. One elevator wasn't working, the stairway smelled to the point that you had to cover your nose. The room was dirty with hair on the shower walls. Breakfast was nonexistent. And this was for $150 per night.
