We checked in late and even though we called to notify them, they gave away our room. They updraded us but we didn't even get the view we had paid additional for. They extended the property that it felt like we were in the adjacent Horseshoe hotel instead of the Paris. Very disappointed about the experience. We stayed at the Paris a year ago and it was great. This time for 4 days we never had the room cleaned and had to request clean towels from the staff. The hotel charges you a resort fee but fails to give you anything for IT!!! No coffee maker in room and hellish long lines in the three coffee venues of the lobby everyday!!! WILL NOT stay here again when visiting VEGAS!

Booked a king bed room but was given two queens. Not the end of the world but whatever. The bathroom door was pretty stained and beat up and the towel rack had been ripped off at some point and then simply re mounted above the holes. The pillows were also strangely small. Overall nothing detrimental to our stay but we had expected better staying there. The rooms were clean and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The casino and restaurants downstairs were all clean and enjoyable.

My first and last time a Paris. Checking was not fun, they charge for everything, even early checking $50. Everything is super expensive. A bottled water in the convince stores in the hotel sell for $9.
