Terrible staff
Checking out was a catastrophe. We checked out at 4.35 at the morning 16.6.19. Your hotel informs that reception is open 24 hours. At this time the employer was sleeping on the lobbys sofa. Our driver had to wake him up. Is that really how you do your work? Checking out did not work out. The employer did not find our papers. Offers me some mens papers. How about he's and all other guests privacy?
Your employer did not know how to use the receipt-machine. He asked me to help him and our driver to help him. He could not do that. I did not get any receipt for my payment. I asked him to send it to my e-mail. He did not know how to do that either. Few times I said that we have to leave to the airport. He did not react to that. I waited 30 minutes and then we had to leave. Before we left, your employer took a copy from my credit card, but I did not get any receipt. What you do with that copy? I am very worried for my credit card, because of your employers work. You have to destroy those informations immediately before some wrong people (your employer or other guests) will get those. I am very worried about your privacy-policy. Do I have to close my card, because of your employers action?
And for the great final: you charged my credit card two times! Refund my money immediately.
