I say our stay was good. They did offer to clean the room while we were there. We had a modest continental breakfast.Downside to our stay was the wifi didn't work out for us.Reception said that we were the only ones to complain about it. Don't know if it was true or not. Hopefully they can cover some of our Roaming charges. 😆

Overpriced for what it is
For the price point and location I would have expected a little better. The rooms were standard, the bathroom was really tight. The hallways were dirty. There was noticeable filth on the security cameras on the ceiling, which I only mention because I thought that was an odd thing to be dirty. That could only be caused by actively not cleaning. This hotel is walking distance to playhouse square which is a pretty nice area, however this hotel could have been sitting alongside any major highway at half the cost.

Not like it used to be :(
I said here with my Mother a few years ago. It was great then but im not too sure what has changed over the years. The convience to the theaters is great but is no longer a clean space to stay. There was a hole in the fitted sheet, the bathroom wasnt very clean. The drain in the sink was just sitting in the sink so my husband placed it on top of the counter and the drain had hair just globbed in it. The water pressure in the shower is nonexistent. The towels/washcloths had stains on them. The lighting in the room is also very dim. We will be choosing another hotel next time.

We love to stay at this hotel when visiting our son at Cleveland State. It’s very convenient and easy to get to. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. Always a great night sleep.
