Customer service was excellent. The woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She spoke enough English to help us with everything and was very patient with our requests (extra towels, bottles of water, taxi booking, etc.) There was a mix-up with our airport transfer and she got it sorted out quickly and sent us another one immediately.
The free breakfast buffet is excellent - large variety of fresh foods, juice and coffee/tea, and different hot offerings each morning. Plus they're open until 10 am for us late risers.
Location is perfect, it's a few minutes' walk to the Museo de Huaca Pucllana, and about 2 km from the seaside. You can easily walk there or take a quick taxi. There are shops nearby for snacks and drinks and the neighborhood is relatively safe.
Despite the dingy hallways which badly need a paint job, the room was spacious and immaculately clean with fresh sheets and towels. However the shower doors leaked water on the floor and our sink drain would back up and let some dirt into the sink until it drained. Not a big deal but it was inconvenient.
There was a small fridge and two bottles of water for use. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, plus hand soap.
Overall, excellent stay. I would come back.
