"Unusual historic hotel with exceptionally friendly staff"

"Overall a decent hotel stay . We had a great evening meal with good service and good breakfast. All was good until we checked out ! Again slow service at reception. There were 2 of us on 2 motorbikes and we had parked out of the way of car parking spaces to allow those with cars to use them … we had managed to park in an area where no car could park . I had requested a space when booking our stay and the literature accompanying the hotel detailed that parking was free if a prior request was made...

"Nice and updated hotel but Rooms are a little outdated. No A/C but had standard heating.They do have a spa with facial massage. They also have a restaurant. Restaurant staff speaks limited English and could be more friendly. "

"Very beautiful place, the garden behind the hotel is absolutely lovely and the building itself has a wonderful style, both inside and outside. They have a restaurant in this beautiful garden and we had a tasty dinner there. The spa is not big, but however very relaxing. I loved the big balcony, we were lucky that there weren't other guests, but usually the balcony is shared with the neighboring apartment. Unfortunately soundproofing is very poor, all the voices from the corridor and next door...

"This is not a 5 star hotel, staff barely speaks English, I was told just to “google it” when asking about things, the breakfast is mediocre, spa pool is poor, needs outdoor pool, the saunas were fairly good but some of them not functioning, the facility looks nice but is inconvenient, long walk to the lobby and dining, the gym was nice but far away and difficult to find, there was a nice bar with pool a d bowling which the kids liked. Overall, not a five star hotel, obviously wants to be with...

"Regular family resort. Stressed staff. Ok but not more. Full menu only on weekends. Close to small beach.."

"Lovely location in walking distance to the centre. There was a filming crew at the hotel which took over the outside space on our one full day there byt other than that it was a good stay "

"We had a great two night stay at Hotel St. Bruno. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were good and the staff friendly - particularly the younger guy who I think was the manager."

"Très agréable, bien placé, sans air conditionné, mais chambre fraiche, décorée avec goût. Seul bémol, pas de volets aux fenêtres (donc reveil par la lumière du jour), et le support de la pomme de douche défaillant. Le reste, au top du top! Merci"
