I am gluten intolerant - and aside from bananas that were a little beaten up there was nothing for me to eat. Customer service was not in this hotel. Toilet back up and no one was on duty to fix it. Noisy and other guest were loud. Walls were paper thin. Unfriendly manager and personnel. Just a bad stay. Shuttle would only take you to airport and ask to go to meeting one mile away, hotel manager refused. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Shoebox room, well designed. Great location for early morning flight. Bathroom fine unless you're taking a bath, then you see mold in the bathtub and nasty unfinished under the sink stuff. Easy check in and out.

I don't recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were not friendly, and when I asked for something, it was like i was bothering them. They seemed bothered by my questions and concerns. I would consider this a cheaper hotel, it's not particulary nice. But clean, affordable and good customer service. Decent place if you want to save $20-$30 bucks a night verses the Marriott, etc.

Overall, ok for a quick trip. Didn't have microwave and fridge in rooms. One of the front desk reps was very nosey. The other reps were cool. Ok hotel for the price.

It is a great price, so I would recommend it mainly for that reason, but it's nothing too special, so don't expect flatscreens. And if you are a light sleeper and want to go to sleep before 10:30 the planes might wake you up. I was fine, but it could be a problem for a real light sleeper.

We stayed there due to an early flight and bought on hotels.com because of location and price. The reviews weren't awful, but buy we're they wrong. The "free shuttle" was a disgusting minivan and the morning driver forgot my suitcase outside and we had to go back to the hotel. Thankfully, I didn't miss my flight. Beds very comfortable pillow top mattress. Room was small but that didn't matter to us as we just wanted a comfortable bed and clean room. Hotel is on flight path but it wasn't too noisy. I traveled to Raleigh to locate housing before relocating and needed a hotel close to the Airport. While close to the Airport and easy to locate, it is unfortunately located at the end of one of RDU's runways, so airplanes will be taking off and approaching overhead - keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper. This was pretty crummy. The door opens and shuts all day long and the walls are paper thin, the bed is hard as a rock, and the A/C doesn't work at all. On top of it all, the staff is less than polite.

For a cheap fare, you have everything: a bathtub, a nice comfortable bed, a TV, internet and a place to read in your room. Close to the airport, the free shuttle is an asset. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. To recommend.

The hotel is very close to the Raleigh Durham Airport and the shuttle service was quick and courteous (even at 4:30 am). Rooms were small and efficient, but a bit worn. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed for one night. Room's interiror is old ,carpet,bed ,table are old but it good thing roon does not smell. Shower and other bathroom facilities were working well. I stayed at this hotel while traveling for business. When I checked in I informed the clerk three times that I needed use of thier shuttle service the next morning at 4am to go to the airport. The next morning I walked down to check out and go the airport. The clerk informed me that the shuttle already left and asked if I was on the list for the shuttle. […] I asked, what list, I was never told to sign up? He then said the sign up list on the clip board and pointed to the end of the counter... there was no clip board there. So obviously I had not signed up. He said there was suppose to be a clip board there. I then said I needed a shuttle to the airport for my 5am flight, he said they would not be back for another 30 minutes. And then proceeded to say the plaque behind him stated that if you needed a shuttle to the airport you needed to sign up..... the plaque was covered by another sign so it was not visible. The service was exceptional for a single adult travelling on business/pleasure. Room service meals were served hot and delicious. A follow-up phone call was implemented to check for customer satisfaction. Closet space was adequate; and both radio and television services were provided. However, the free Internet service was not readily accessible for […] an ATT subscriber, like myself. They did prvide the use of a computer in the lobby. They only problem was that I had information stored in my computer that I was not able to retroeve and submit; during my stay at Microtel. I did not need to rent a car, because public transportation took me to the airport. I was able to call Microtel and use the free shuttle service from RDU to Microtelfor short day trips. I stayed at this hotel for only a few hours before an early morning flight. All I needed was a bed and a free shuttle at 5:30 am the next morning, and this is what I got. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even have free wifi, a free computer, and free printing. I do feel it was a bit over-priced, especially considering the quality […] of the room. The bathroom faucet spurted what looked like dirt, and when I tried to leave it on for a while to run out the dirt (or rust, or whatever) the faucet basically stopped working, so I had to use the bathtub faucet to wash my hands from then on. I didn't bother calling the front desk as it was late and I needed sleep. Don't rely on their shampoos or conditioners, you don't get much. And don't bother with the free continental breakfast, unless all you want is cereal. If all you need is a place to sleep before a flight, this hotel will suffice.
