A very poor motel in a mediocre neighberhood. how a place that welcomes pets does not have a blade of grass anywhere is beyond me. We stayed at an econolodge two nights earlier that was far superior to this place. I do not recommend you putting any travelers at this highway exit.

If you can afford a better motel, do it. Small rooms with minimal amenities. Sub-standard breakfast. Very convenient to Route 40. Desk man, Mike, was very gregarious and friendly. If you want to discuss middle-eastern politics with a very friendly native of that area, you may find this motel a very interesting stop.

I was very pleased to find that this hotel's wireless Internet service worked, and worked WELL! The hotel is basic but the staff courteous and dedicated (at least the ones I met), the hotel clean, the refrigerator in the room worked (!), and above all the Internet connection allowed me to handle urgent business things. I've had some very disappointing […] experiences with hotel Internet service recently and can't afford to stay at any where the service doesn't work, so this was a relief. The room smelled clean and was well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I asked for extra pillows and room supplies, which were given immediately.

Property is severely dated. Padded chairs had rips and stains, mattresses were old and lumpy. Bottom sheets were not fitted and at or below 300tc. If there had been another option I would have walked out. Though it was not filthy it did not seem fresh even with the room being cleaned daily. It does not seem as though there is a factitious view of maintenance/up […] keep on the property. Would be convenient for the interstate traveler as it is way out on the outer reaches of Central but is removed from the city. Would be bad for the first time ABQ visitor. This was my second time so I had an idea of places to go. Truck traffic from I40 could be heard from inside my center of building room. Should have Google mapped it and looked closer at area. Money counts and is worth spending a little extra to be closer to town and amenities. I really should have booked a hotel earlier and in a location more inviting. Whole area seems dated and forlorn. Has some '50's architectural vibe but really needs a complete makeover - hotel and area. Its sad and uninviting. This is not a property I would bring my wife to or allow her to stay in. It's fine as a last resort for the solo male needing a room with other accommodations (if available) for the remainder of the trip. Lisätietoja

While myy GPS took me directly to this hotel, there were no signs to identify it as an EconoLodge. In fact, there was a sign at the office saying Budget. When you got close, it was directing the Budget customers to another door. Apparantly, Budget and EconoLodge each bought half of a previous Red Roof Inn property. Crazy!!

this is an older hotel that needs to reduce the nightly rate or complete some upgrades. The door lock in my first room (took a couple to get one I could stay in) did not work properly and it was not possible to lock the room. The beds were too firm to be comfortable but may have been good it you liked sleeping on something as hard as a door. Breakfast […] wasn't too bad. neighborhood is not bad, management is as shady as expected, room is average, mattress and bedding was cheap, but there were no issues. Continental breakfast was only toast muffin and coffee maker. Oh yeah, pets are only $7

This hotel was clean but the bed was old and not very comfortable. However, for the price, which was great, it was definitely worth it. the staff was friendly. The breakfast however, was very small and I couldn't find any milk for the cereal so I went somewhere else to eat. The price was what made this hotel worth it.

The only small, small downside was that there was no pool but that was my fault. Other than that it was great! The room was comfortable and nice. The AC worked great!

Nothing fancy but was comfortable, clean and employees were very helpful and friendly. Thanks Econolodge!!
