Pää-asiallisesti jäi hyvä maku. Hotelli on avattu viime kesänä ja puitteet on sen mukaiset. Sijainti ok, riippuen missä haluaa käydä, esim. Tower Bridgelle on monien kilometrien matka, mutta esim. Hyde Park on n.kilometrin päässä. Palvelu ok. Siivous n.joka kolmas päivä. Hotellin haittapuolena heikot äänieristeet, esim.jos joku katsoo TV:tä kovalla […] läheisessä huoneessa, niin se kuuluu turhan hyvin. Meidän kahden hengen huoneen sisustus ei ollut paras mahdollinen, ei ollut yhtään tuolia eikä kunnon pöytää ja sänky oli huonossa paikassa keskellä huonetta.Mutta hinta/laatusuhde on hyvä. Erittäin onnistunut yöpyminen ja hintansa arvoinen hotelli. Vaikka huone oli pieni, niin se ei silti ollut liian pieni. Huone oli moderni, siisti ja puhdas. Hotels.comin kautta varatessa kaikki ns.lisäpalvelut (fööni, pyyhkeet, tv, netti..) kuuluivat hintaan, paitsi siivous, mutta eipä sitä lyhyellä lomalla tarvitse. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, saatiin […] lisämaksua vastaan huone 3,5h ennen oikeaa sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Pientä maksua vastaan huoneen olisi voinut myös pitää kauemmin. Hotelli on mukavalla alueella, kaksi metroasemaa (Paddington ja Edgware Road) ihan lyhyen matkan päässä, myös busseja kulkee ihan vierestä. Paljon ravintoloita, kahviloita ja kauppoja lähellä. Everything run smoothly. Actually, the hotellroom itself was smaller than my master bathroom at home. For example I was able to open my suitcase only in ped. Tube or rain caused some noise, which was accectable. Kaikki tarvittava (pyyhkeet, tv, tallelokero) kuului meillä huoneen hintaan. Mitään ylimääräistä ei, mutta ei muuta kaivattukaan. Huone oli pieni, mutta eipä siellä hirveesti ehtinyt oleskellakaan. Palvelu oli erinomaista. Hotellin aulassa oli mahdollisuus ostaa pientä naposteltavaa, kahvia ja teetä.

Enjoyed our stay at this basic services and yet clean and convenient (location-wise) hotel. Easy access to/from Heathrow with direct and fast train service from Paddington station which is an easy 5-minutes walk with luggage. The location was great - although a bit more of a hike from Paddington Station than we had anticipated. The room size was small but just fine. The room and bathroom were immaculate. My only real concern was that I found the bed was quite uncomfortable (hard) and the pillows were very thin with very little support.

Very good hotel. Very clean and good service. Location was close to oxford street. Good if you want to shop!! Very trustworthy hotel as well, we left behind some personal belongings and hotel held it for us to pick up! overall i would stay here again

The value for the stay was very high. Low rates combined with clean accommodations in a location easily accessible to public transportation. One problem: the rooms do not have a telephone and therefore no wake up service available.

The Tune Hotel in Paddington was fine for an overnight 'crash. However, the room was described as 'Queen Room' when I booked it but we only had a small double bed. Room was small bt was clean and had modern finishings. We loved that the bathroom was spotless albeit tiny. If you wished to have housekeeping services; note- it was chargeable! Having booked our room at this website; wifi, towels, toiletries such as shampoo were free. So were the use of the safe in the room. Otherwise, I understand it was chargeable […] if you book directly with the hotel. The downside was that, as with most hotels in the UK and Europe, there were no kettles in the room to boil water. However, you may purchase a cup of hot water at the lobby along with coffees and teas. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a Tesco express that stayed opened 24hours across the street. M&S, Valerie Pattiserie, several cafe's, fast food outlets were within walking distance. There were also 2 Underground stations in the vicinity. Overall value for money. We stayed here for 5 nights in late March 2013, overall was an OK stay. Pros: Close to Paddington Station Underground, fairly cheap for a modern-ish hotel in London. Very nice and helpful reception staff. Comfy bed. Cons: Everything costs extra (TV, Internet, Towels, safe ect) and they are strict on this. Didn't make up our room until our 5th day, […] after requesting it. Built on an underground tunnel, so you get the regular shake and noise of the tram until the wee hrs of the morning, especially if you get a room on the lower ground level (like us), maybe request a room on an upper level. My only complaint was there was only one pillow on each bed which was very thin. Also the temperature was set very high but at least the window could be opened.

The hotel was recently refurbished, everything was clean and new. The room was very small, no place for luggage. The underground was noicy going straight under the hotel.

When we stayed, this hotel was overrun with drunken guests. They were shouting in the corridors until 3am and a fight broke out at one stage. Then, in the morning, one of their number was late getting up for a flight, so they started banging on his door and shouting from 6am through to 8am. Net result was no sleep - the rooms are not soundproofed at […] all. There was also smoking in the corridors, so the place stank. No phones in the rooms, so impossible to complain without having to go out and confront the drunks. To top it all, they wanted £2 per bag to leave them for a couple of hours after check-out. stayed there from jan3-jan6, 2013. the room size is perfect for a pair of couples, not suitable for family. room is clean and tidy. however, room service only comes once in 3 days. it is a budget hotel, nothing too fancy.

The small bare room reminded me of a prison cell with a tiny window and plastic floor. Any sounds made in the sparse toilet were clearly audible in the room. I was looking for an inexpensive hotel that was clean and safe for a single traveler, and the Tune Hotel fit the bill. The hotel is new (open since summer 2012) so everything in the room was fresh and well kept. The room was small (just a few feet around the bed), but worked fine for a single person (room 201). Double Bed, TV, a few hangers, charging […] shelf for phones, and 2 side tables. Laminate floor, no carpet. No phone, no chairs, and no desk. Normally to keep it inexpensive, you pay for everything separately above the base price. Thru Expedia, the price included everything: Wifi, hair dryer, TV reception, shampoo/soap, towel, etc. Works well to save some $$ if you were only staying for a quick stop. My room was very quiet, with the only intrusion being a vibration when the tube would pass under the hotel every few min. It was odd enough to keep your head away from the headboard/wall, but, not enough to wake you up. I faced the interior courtyard, so no street noise. The desk said they give quieter rooms to guests staying longer days. 5 min walk from Paddington Station (tube or Heathrow Express train) or the Edgewater tube station. I would walk to Oxford shopping street or Hyde Park in 15/20 min. The walk to Oxford is through a nice busy middle-eastern neighborhood. Felt safe even late. 24 Hour Tesco supermarket across the street - good to get breakfast for mornings. We stayed here in between a theartre visit & a very early start for a coach trip the next day. The reception staff were great & booked us a cab, which was bang on time, to pick up at 4:30 am to get us to the coach collection point. The coffee shop was open to grab a quick drink & snack (unlike the suposedly 24 hour tesco over the road that closed at […] 11:00 pm). Everything was new, clean and well thought out if a little snug. Booking through hotels.com meant we did not have to pay for TV or towels (which were huge & fluffy) and the complimentary soap was very nice. Its a brilliant dormitory, I wouldn't want to spend a long time in the room. Would defintely stay here again or try others in the chain and recommend it to anyone who needs to stay near paddington. Its only a 10 minute walk to the circle line at Lancaster gate too so good for getting in to central London. (Took us under 30 mins to get to the theatre at Shaftesbury Ave) Lisätietoja

This hotel, in a bustling neighborhood east of Paddington Station, is run very much like the airlines. Most services are ala carte. You pay separately for TV, towel rental, daily cleaning, etc., though, since I booked through Expedia, TV and towels were included with the price. Lack of telephone was an impediment, however.

The hotel is fairly modern. It is a budget hotel, so they charge for every service, but most things were included when booking through Expedia. It was very close to public transportation which made getting to and from the airport very easy. The room was a very good size. Very new, comfy hotel. Good reception. Obviously we missed the line stating checking in is from 3 pm onwards.... They will keep your luggage if you pay. Only minus: we were at the 1st floor roadsite which was rather noisy.. But next time we'll be in London (next year probably) we'll consider going back!!

Size of room was very good considering it nis London. Bathroom small--makes you think of a ship's bathroom. Had a problem with outlets not working and no one from maintenance was working. Front desk gave me a key to another room for me to charge up my devices.

The room is very well designed to provide a comfortable stay - I was on business and knew food would be provided at work - so not paying for hotel food made sense. The hotel cafe could provide cups of tea very reasonably.
