If you have bad back, beware of the mattresses, they have seen better days. Ground floor is a bit noisy in the mornings and you hear people walking by through the windows. Short walk from the beautiful Brindleyplace where you'll find a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Friendly staff giving good service. I liked having enough coffee and milk in the room for two drinks each, as well as an offer of more milk. It was also nice to have a table and two comfortable chairs in bedroom. (Nothing annoys me more in a hotel room than only having one chair in a double/twin room.) Slight wear of some fittings. "great value comfortable stay"

"Incredible service"
Overall the hotel was good. Service was superb. I got there at 10.30 pm and although the food was off the girls went out their way to make us toast and jam. They helped us to our room with our bags as well as other things and generally just being lovely. The breakfasts were really good, though would have appreciated some fruit and yogurt. Evening meal was lovely too. Our room was clean and the decor was fine but we thought it was small for a superior room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Nearly but not quite."
Tried hard to please, food prices in restaurant , pricey for meagre portions. Breakfast room littered with crocks, had to sit at an uncleared table, and was then ignored.
