I had a very good time in this hotel.The room was large and clean and there were in house movies on one of TV channels. Air conditioning was very efficient and much appreciated in hot and humid climate. I wish that the reception was more helpful with tour and airport shuttle bookings. During Easter it is very hard to find a company that would run a […] tour. Despite numerous inquiries there was no attempt to help. HI, my name is Anastasia, it was actually my brother Richard and I that stayed there not Pauline. We really enjoyed it, we both thought the service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. As we were over there for our Aunt's funeral this made our time there a lot more bearable. The view from the Restaurant is fantastic. We had early breakfast […] one morning at about 7.15am and we saw the sun come up. The grounds are lovely and it was very close to my grandparents place in Vaoala, the Funeral Parlour and town. The room was a bit dated bur very clean and comfortable, so very good value for the price. Just a suggestion, maybe a bit more selection in the Room Service menu as we asked for ice cream one night and you did not have any at all :-) It was the service that we found most impressive and we both found it lovely staying there. Quiet location, but close to town and all amenities. Food was great and very well priced. Rooms were becoming dated, but were clean and tidied every day.Free full breakfast every day, whatever you want for lunch they would make at half price that was available in town. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Would certainly go back.

Arrived in the early hours of the morning - all staff friendly and helpful - great breakfast - beautiful setting overlooking the pool. Only stayed one night but a good place to stay given the circumstances - convenient to Apia not too far from the airport.
