Good Stay! Although you had a Hispanic lady staff worked on June 8th at night was so unpleasant. All other staff was Great! She made it hard to reactivate the room card when it was the hotels' fault. She suck!!! But everything else was Great!

Our stay at the Microtel was very nice. It was very reasonable in price, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in future trips to the SA area.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area, enjoyed the room and the location just a few miles from Seaworld. The staff were all excellent and friendly. As my visit was part of a longer road trip it was nice to have a washer and dryer handy to do a load of laundry. Noise would be a concern if a light sleeper but I didn't have any issues. We will stay here again!! Christoper was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and close to sea world with a shuttle to sea world. Mike was the driver and maintenance guy and was very helpful and super nice!! Breakfast was great and of course the morning coffee. Complimentary beer and wine 5:30-7:30 was a great surprise. They Hotel and it's staff was very well maintained and freindly. A lot of us were there to see our children who would be graduating BMT at Lackland AFB. They staff had breakfast available early each morning to accomodate all us and the easrly scheduled required. We enjoyed the Hotel and all it offered and woudl recommend staying there for sure.

There were a few things that we found disappointing. On the day we were checking in, I called to see if arrangements could be made to have a bed set up in our room for our toddler (pack n play or crib) because we wouldn't be arriving until around midnight. I was told the hotel only had two cribs that were first come, first served, and I couldn't reserve, […] so there was no guarantee we'd get one. This was frustrating, and I ended up bringing my own pack n play to make sure she'd have a place to sleep (at substantial expense for airline baggage). The carpet in the room was very dirty - our bare feet got black while we were in the room. Again, this made travel with a small child who plays on the floor stressful, as I had to try to keep her off the bare floor. Finally, the children's playset is not on level ground, so it leans badly. you have to climb precariously placed stones to get to it, and it's on a steep hill that is really not safe for small children. The offering of a playground attracted me to this site, but it became more of a nuisance, because I didn't feel it was safe, but my daughter was upset that she couldn't play on it. The customer service on-site was very nice, and they were helpful our during our trip. However, I would not stay here again because I did not feel like this was a family-friendly facility. the fadn't ched up with what I expect in a hotel. Lisätietoja

Our stay was very nice. We had trouble finding it, but weren't too lost. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. We paid an extra $10 for Sea World shuttle, and it was a very good idea. The driver was very friendly, dropped us off right in front, and picked us up after Sea World closed. We will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel was awesome. It was clean, fresh and modern. The staff was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was ready at 5:30am which was great because we had to leave at 6:30am. I am planning on staying there again when my son graduates from the Air Force in June.

There isn't much of a sound barrier between the walls, so if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend. I was happy with the location. I felt safe. It isn't surrounded by all kinds of things where people would be walking around at all hours. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was, and how modern the rooms were. It was absolutely perfect. I took my family to San Antonio so the kids can enjoy the sea world, for a change I decided to stay out of the downtown. The hotel was hard to find, but when we found it was really nice for this short stay. The hotel was extremely nice. Although they should have taken n2 consideration that people don't want to hear the conversations/ tv shows of the guest next door. Breakfast was great!!! We recently stayed at a Microtel in Houston and were incredibly pleased. This location did not meet the same standard, however. The room was very comfortable, but the bathroom was not as clean as it should be, and the A/C was so noisy, that we had a terrible time sleeping the first night. The staff let us move to another room the next might, and the […] A/C was a bit quieter, but still quite noisy. The first desk staff member was fairly incompetent at helping us with directions, and the desk was unmanned for a large part of our stay. Stayed for 3 nights, I booked this hotel because it was almost brand new and it shows. The hotel itself is well located, there are many stores, restaurants down the road and getting on the Interstate is fairly easy. The morning breakfast offerings were excellent! I could hear the people in the next room discussing what plans they had for the next day crystal clear. Another little issue would be that the A/C units are thermostatically controlled, my room was boiling hot when I arrived. Didn't realize how small the room was for 2 people. Not a lot of room to move around. Walls were not very well insulated. Heard a lot of noise. I guess for me I would need a larger room.

There is not 1 bad thing I could say. It was the best hotel stay of my life! Of the hundreds of hotel search results that I poured though, it was indeed the best deal! Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Microtel Inn & Suites. The hotel was well kept, the breakfast was good, the pool was clean and our room had everything we needed. The hotel was also conveniently located near Lackland Air Force Base where we needed to be each day. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.
