I felt like the hotel is more for travelers and not for a long stay. First of all we got there in the evening and were put in the wrong room. We moved to a newer room in the morning, but the full kitchen in the king sweet didn't come with any plates, bowls, silverware, or pots and pans. overall i was very disappointing.

This hotel was by far the very worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room service (NONE ). No towel exchanges no trash pick up. Had to clean the bath room upon arrival because it had the toilet. I will NEVER EVER stay at that hotel again.

We were there for 2 days, on day one I asked them to come and fix the toilet as it wasnt working. Checked in on Friday and left Sunday, still with no resolution to the toilet issue. The flush inside the toilet was broken. the latch chain was snapped and we couldnt get it fixed no matter how many times we asked. Resulting in having to go to the near […] by restaurant to use the facilities a few times a day. Phone also didnt work and was very outdated. The buttons would not press the numbers and they didnt come and fix that either. Overall poor condition, outdated and the staff were unwilling to resolove the issues. We did arrive quite early and were fortunate enough to be allowed in the room earlier than check in but beyond that I would not recommend anyone staying there. We left something at the hotel by accident and called to have it held onto and picked up, they refused to give it to us or refund anything for dealing with the toilet, phone and uncleanliness of the room. Terrible...first of all..when I went to check in, I should have taken that customers experience as a sign to leave...she was complaining about the room she had..& they would not give her a refund & she also was just checking in, looked at room & didn't like it ..said she was used to better looking places than this ...she said it looked like a cheap […] motel ...never the less..I continued with my check in... 1 of the slowest checkin I have ever seen in spite of booking on hotels.com it took 1 hour for me to checkin because of their issues with computer they were not willing to call hotels com and figure it out and shows I had to do it myself. Location - good, tv channels - No HBO, eventhough they say they do,

Nice over all just thought the bed was to hard. And pillows to flat. But overall the suite was nice and quite. We stay again but bring extra pillows

Room smelled of smoke. Cigarette burns in the Bedding. Stains on the carpet. Guests in next room had several domestic altercations and police were called twice during the night. Police questioned them in front of my window. I didn't get any sleep. Manager at hotel offered me 50% off my next stay at that hotel. Seriously thinking I would ever return […] to that hotel again. The price was inexpensive. The amenities were terrible, no fridge or microwave, and antique tube tv. The bed was hard as a rock and the toilet was loud enough to shake the bed. Also, there was a stale beer smell to the room. If you want cheap this is the place, but remember you get what you pay for.

This is the worst hotel I have been to in the united states. I couldn't take walking bare feet into their bathroom and the air conditioning system was going off and on every 10min disturbing my sleep. i couldn't sleep in peace with the noise it made.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but was filthy and smelled horribly of smoke. I ended up spending 30 dollars on cleaning supplies and cleaning the room myself before I could even breath in the room. there was hair on the towels, sink, and tub. I needed a place that was convenient and cheap, so I picked this. If I had to go back and it all over again, I would not stay here. I would opt for another hotel, I just didn't know better. Sometimes, it's better to pay a little more and get peace of mind. So,firstly, there are no irons in the rooms, which we didn't know before hand. You have to call […] the front desk to get an iron. We were never able to get an iron. Each time we called, the irons were out and none returned. We had just a couple of towels: thin thread. When we called for more towels, none came and we had to call the following morning and wait for quite a while till housekeeping brought it later in the afternoon. Which is when our room got housekept. Around 4pm. The fridge wasn't working and the sink next to the bathroom was not draining. Again, we called the front desk and the response time was slow. The curtain is single shade and thin. So, you don't really get a sense of privacy. Also, there were a couple of small holes in it. There was a not-too-clean-looking piece of cloth under the duvet and a small hole in the duvet. The bath tub had a rubber covering that was dirty. We had to go to the nearby walmart to purchase flip flops to take our shower. There was one front desk staff who had zero customer service. He was not rude per se. Just short and abrupt. Wasn't at hotel much. Convenient location to visit family and friends. Didn't feel comfortable using the shower/bathroom much (broken toilet cover, sagging floor), so showered at a family member's house. Hotels.com advertises all site are hotels. This is a run down old motel. The desk clerk was abrupt, short, impolite and had a horrible attitiude. No towels in room. Air conditioner made such a horrible noise when compressor kicked in everyone woke up until we had to manually reset it. This had to be done every 20 to 30 minutes. Generally the hotel was clean, The phone in our room did not work, went to front desk to report problem. still was not fixed when we lrft the next day. We left the room late on second day there ,thinking the room would be cleaned and bed made, no such luck. The maid service was terrible!

Very friendly workers that were helpful and made you feel welcome. Room smelled a little smokey, but was a good place to stay for the price. Close to alot of varieties of restaurants and where we had to go. We would stay there again.

It was very bad. It was supposed to be a kichenette. We didn't even have a small fridge. There was supposed to be internet, it was down. We couldn't get two rooms keys because their machine was down. The beds were bricks. We stayed two nights with 4 people. We got three towels and one washcloth. The only thing that was cleaned for the second night were […] the towels were changed out. The location is great it is across the side street from IkeaThe hotel itself is hard to find since it is located back behind the other businesses on Ford Road. The hotel is run down needs a refresh but the price is cheap the bed is comfortable and the room is ok otherwise. It is a place to crash after shopping. And the since we were in a corner of the hotel the wi-fi signal did not even reach the room had to walk 1/2 way to the office to get a signal. I rate that as poor since it is a relatively low cost fix to put in another antenna in the hotel so it would actually reach all the rooms. That should be done for customer satisfaction. You get what you pay for it is the cheapest hotel in an otherwise upscale area. Staff was freindly and helpful but could not fix the shortcomings in the Wi-fi but tried to do what they could.
