I booked the hotel after hours of searching and research. I was surprised with the quality of service and friendly owner who greeted us with smile and made us comfortable. Rooms had new, bright and fresh decor and situated only minutes away from the city centre and beach. Great guest house, clean and comfortable. Hosts coud not have done more for us. Close to all Blackpool attractions. Highly Recommended.

Excellent accommodation. Friendly hosts. Room was on suite very comfortable, well docorated, clean and well equipped with kettle, ample tea and coffee, flat sceen TV, toiletries and lovely white towels. Delicious breakfast included in price. This is high quality at reasonablew prices. We will return.

Hotel centrally located, room lovely and clean and tasefully decorated (for Blackpool). Room had all amenities needed for our stay and breakfast was lovely with great service. Landlords very friendly. Would definately return to this hotel.

The B&B was in a great location. Owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was spotless. Breakfast was more than enough following a night out! I would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Did plenty of research before we booked and the research paid of as the Pelham Lodge was a gem and fitted our requirements perfectly, The guest house had been refurbished both inside and outside and was a good standard. Pleasant stay

The hotel rooms are really clean and comfortable, Martin & the staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was great, and the location was ideal

I was extremely satisfied with our stay at Pelham Lodge. We rented 3 rooms, 2 double and a family room. All rooms were clean, roomy and exactly like the pictures depicted on the web site. I was surprised how many people were at breakfast the next morning as it was so quiet i thought that we were the only guests. An excellent hotel stopped here for a trip to the darts very near to Blackpool north train station and only 5 minutes walk to winter gardens though it took ten back as we was blathered lol

The Hotel, is great value for money, for anyone that wants a quiet stay near funny girls or the north pier its just right. The rooms are spotless and en-suites immaculate. Why pay for expensive hotel when u get great quality rooms here. nice modern spacious bedroom, all the bathroom fittings were new , our hosts could not have been friendlier , nice location for walk into town

Nevertheless, Blackpool being Blackpool we had a large group of chavs staying in the room above us who seemed to be having a party all through the night - they didn't get much sleep and needless to say we didn't either... The owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly. We rebooked for later in the year, so that alone is a high recommendation.

This is by FAR the worst establishment i have ever encountered. I was outraged by the lack of professionalism and standards. On arrival we had an hours wait, as nobody was in, staff were rude and ill mannered. Hugely overpriced, stay clear from here!

Pelham Lodge is five minutes walk from the Opera house where I went to see a show. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a selection of cereals, fruit juices and a cooked breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Pelham Lodge since I had booked a show at the Opera House. Pelham Lodge is five minute walk from the venue. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly.
