We were put on almost the top floor due to renovations happening below, no complaints there. It was very modern and nice. Big flatscreen, comfy bed, modern cool bathroom with a round wooden tub combined into the shower space (clever), nice lighting and complimentary high speed (wired) internet access in the room, this is a huge perk for me. The slight […] misses were the drainage issue in the shower, we basically flooded the room both times we showered, and the restaurant off the lobby (where breakfast is served). The in room info says they are open until 11pm for dinner, we arrived at 10:40 and were turned away. It was later explained that last seating is at 10:30pm. This may be something common in this country but not in the U.S. I think they should advertise last seating at 10:30pm. Otherwise it was great, very comfortable, the staff was great, they got us a taxi when needed and the complimentary breakfast was good with a good selection. We were in Sabah in the chinese new year. The location of Horizon Hotel is the best, it is about 15 minutes walking to Jesselton Point where you take boots to several islands. 3 minutes walking the the gaya street where a very interessting market on sunday. It is also close to the handicraft market und nicht market, so you can walk to shopping and […] sightseeing. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. The pool is relativ small. Our room is noch very large, but we have oceanview (a little far away) and it was nice. The breakfast has large varity and tastes good. All in one word, it is a good choice to stay in Horizon Hotel. We spent 8 nights in the hotel in the beginning of 2012. Breakfast was good and the service excellent. The staff was very kind and polite, even recognize us in the town! The room was not small or large but suitable and the bed and the shower were good. The hotel is new and was opened 6 months ago. The only negative matter was that the hotel is still […] looking after his procedures. I.e if you pay all the nights totally in advance from a distance of 9000km and you relay on that you get a room I feel that it is unfair to give a deposit which is 5 times more than you give to a 5 stars hotel in Malaysia. Stayed two nights. Very comfortable room facing the ocean, great view. Close to local shops, night markets, restaurants and shopping centres. Staff at the hotel restaurant were very friendly, helpful and always smiling. My only suggestion is that they include more of the Asian menu into room service.

Rooms are much larger than anticipated and have an interesting layout. Bathrooms are well designed and showers are impressive for this range of hotel. Staff are very attentive and polite. Although I had to call reception & housekeeping numerous times for toilet paper which was non-existent when I checked in - overall, they made-up for this fault when […] attending to my other requests. Being a business traveller, it ticks all the right boxes, but for tourists, it is a little further from the main shopping area (i.e. like Centrepoint). 是亚庇一家非常新的酒店，地理位置非常方便，距离夜市、排档和购物中心只是咫尺。房间设计也很舒适，融合西式布置和日式圆垫圆桌布置，电视频道选择也不错；背靠着大海的大床虽然有点浪费，但是不失为充分利用室内空间的设计。唯一美中不足就是房间先后发现3只小蟑螂，估计是木家俱没有彻底防虫，希望酒店日后多加留意。自助早餐也非常不错，不管口味和食物种类也很丰富。酒店服务人员基本礼貌和态度也很专业，前台conceige也很周到。最棒是酒店公众地方提供免费宽带服务，比同城的五星级酒店更棒。整体体验不错，是一家值得推荐的旅店。

比較的新しいホテルで、スタッフの応対はアットホーム。片言の日本語での応対が好感！　　　　　　　　　　　　　　KKラマ地区に隣接し、古い街並みを楽しみながらセンター・ポイントやセントラル・マーケットにぶらりとショッピングには絶好の立地。
