Huoneissa on työpöydät, tallelokerot ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on kylpyammetta tai suihkua, designer-hygieniatuotteet, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Huoneissa on jääkaappi, minibaari ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat tohvelit ja pullovesi (sisältyy hintaan). Stayed twice at the 240 - would have stayed 3 times but was fully booked . Great location on 240 street several very good restaurants and smart boutiques next to hotel . Breakfast was included at cafe next door and was fantastic ! Staff at front desk very personable and helpful . We were able to leave our luggage there for several days between stays […] - which was really helpful. "Sweet 240"
This is a beautiful gem for 2.5 star hotel. I have stayed at 4 star hotels that are not as nice as this one. Whenever something is not perfect, just remember this is not a 4 star or 5 star hotel, and you will be just fine :) The staff here are fantastic. This was a really lovely contemporary styled hotel on 240 street, in one of the nicer areas of the city - a haven from some of the dirt and grime of some of the other parts of the city Style might not suit everyone - eg open plan shower, but we loved it. Small private balcony too Simple but fresh and stylish breakfast Highly recommended!

"Excellent value and a great location"
What a great little hotel, close to the Royal Palace. If you are looking for loads of amenities and public areas then not for you. But if you want a large modern comfortable room with good aircon, powerful shower, wi-fi (and 4 guest computers available), fridge, tv and safe - all on a great street with loads of shops and restaurants, then this is perfect. "The 240 in Cambodia"
This boutique hotel is suited for those who prefer european style of decor rooms, likely honeymooners or those who prefer a more quiet hotel or area away from the Central market. For those who are less mobile, senior citizens or have lots of heavy or hardcase luggage - it will be better to notify hotel that you need rooms on lower floors or rooms without […] staircase to the bathrooms. The stairs may be abit steep for elderly or young kids to climb daily. There is no elevator in this hotel. Those who intend to shop daily - you need to either walk daily from hotel to the Central Market or Quay area, it takes about minimum 15 mins walking distance depending on your stamina/age. Or can take a tuk tuk if you can afford to spend more on daily transportation (about USD 3 or more). For those looking for local night suppers, not easy to find in this location unless you walk much further. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. However, breakfast (very basic with eggs, hard bread, juice & fruits) should change their menu or offer some variety. After 2 days, we got bored with the same daily Western/European breakfast. Supermarket, KFC or Pizza place is about one to two blocks away. Paragon Shopping Mall (with Swenson ice cream) is just behind the block if you need to get basic groceries or drinks. But it is not a very big mall. Overall, it was a different staying experience in The 240 Hotel, from the normal hotel rooms offered by conventional hotels. Lisätietoja
"Nice hotel...shame about the mosquitos!!!"
Hotel was good with very nice staff and a lovely breakfast of eggs, rolls, jam, fruit tea or coffee. It's about a 20 min walk to the front were most of the bars restaurants are but only $1 tuk tuk if you haggle well. The hotel has a handy list in the lobby advising the most you should pay the tuk tuk drivers which works well as you are very confident […] when bargaining. The only complaint was we were plaqued by mosquitos especially inn the top floor room (we stayed twice). Even though we used a plug in we still did not escape the little blighters. Go for a lower floor although the hotel is very small with only a few rooms. There are a few restaurants just doors away although none appealed to us but thats just personal choice. Lisätietoja
Positives: Really good location, lots of tuc tucs outside the door, friendly, helpful staff, tasty breakfast (passion fruit juice was fantastic!), private plunge pool was very cooling and appreciated,simple,contemporary decor in room. Areas for improvement: steep stairs, hot and no lift, our fridge didn't work and when we contacted reception they came […] and unplugged it and said to plug it in again after a half hour. "Cute hotel in a great location"
I want to give this Hotel higher marks, It is a very modern boutique hotel that could easily be at home in Soho in New York. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The restaurant next door, is very expensive for Cambodia. The breakfast that I got there, that was included in the price of the room was delicious, it included passion […] fruit juice, yum. The street this hotel is a little off the beating path, but the street is quiet, which I appreciated after spending time in Phnom Penh, and Hanoi. There is a great Bar on the street, I believed it's called Ruby's and a great restaurant named Frizz Restaurant. Now the down side and why I can't give the hotel higher marks. To start, the room that I had paid for which was deluxe I found out after check in it was not available. They tried to apologies for the mistake with a free meal from their restaurant, but I feel like they should have told me this right away. The staffs understanding of english was minimal, there was a lot of misunderstandings. And finally there was no hot water. What's Good!! Value for money, opportunity for a dip in the small attach pool, good internet, location good with good resturants just meters away, central, supermarket within walking distance, friendly staff, lots of TV channels. "Very nice but..."
Clean, charming, design and well done. I'd suggest this hotel but I'd specify that the pool is at 3 to 5 minutes by walk at the "Pavilion" and in our case, the jaccuzzi / large bath on the terrace was not finish. "Modern, comfortable hotel"
The room was comfortable and modern. The staff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was treat every morning - lovely fresh juice and fruits, delicious pineapply jam and breads, eggs, tea or coffee. Hotel is 5 minute walk away from the silver pagoda, in a street with some nice shops and restaurants and a 1 to 2 dollar tuk tuk drive away from the waterfront […] boulevard, where a lot of the restaurants and bars are. Despite being a very small hotel without all the bells and whistles, this hotel oozes character. It is very clean set in a very nice road with great dining options and boutique shopping. (Although need to walk about 800m to the main eating drag if wanting a lot of options.) The staff is very attentitive, courteous & efficient. "The 240"
Great location (lots of good restaurants and shops nearby + walk to the National Place). Stayed in the room with the mini pool which was lovely. Staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. I also loved the attached cafe for a very convenient and healthy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Couldn't fault the service; the staff were so helpful in booking our onward journey and suggesting tours to fit within our tight schedule. Our room was elegantly furnished and very clean. A great value place. I'd certainly recommend it to others.

The staff were amazingly friendly and so so helpful. The rooms were beautiful. Slightly akward with the open bathrooms as I was staying with a friend not a partner, but we managed. Worth it for the location, the service and the cleanliness.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in one of my favourite streets in Phnom Penh which is filled with nice cafes & restaurants, bookshops and arts & craft/clothing shops. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the breakfast in the organic cafe next to the reception area was great with sourdough bread and fresh juice.

Nice "boutique" style hotel (mezzanine bathroom) with very friendly staff. About 5 mins walk to the palace. Seemed very new and good condition. The staff were some of the friendliest we encountered in Cambodia or Vietnam. Also breakfast next door was prepared fresh rather than buffet like eveywhere else.

This is a delightful little place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for the main sights of Phnom Phen and there are some great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Wir mochten das Hotel sehr aber Achtung, der Pool gehört nicht zum 240, sondern zum dazugehörigen Pavillon, das ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist. Aber einen sehr idyllischen Innenhof hat, um sich dort von der Stadt etwas zu erholen.

"Frascht och modernt hotell"
Snyggt, rymligt rum med frascht badrum. Vi trivdes verkligen pa detta hotell. Gangavstand till kungliga palatset och ca 15 min promenad till strandpromenaden med alla dess restauranger och barer. Orkar man inte ga finns alltid tuk-tuk for 2 dollar. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!

ausgezeichnetes Hotel, Topplage, freundliche Leute und sehr gutes angeschlossenes Restaurant. Möglichst Zimmer nach hinten raus buchen zwecks Lärm. Nebenkosten im Hotel für Kambodscha etwas teuer. Ansonsten: kann ich nur empfehlen!

由于金边的交通不是很好,堵车严重,到达金边已经很晚了,但是映入眼帘的The 240酒店带给人一种艺术般的气息，洗去一身的疲倦。酒店的地理位置很好，离皇宫也不是很远。服务态度很好，由于已经预订，所以check-in和check-out都非常快。一进门还有一大杯的passion fruit 果汁，心情非常好。床很大，足够三个人住，环境也很好，家具很有现代复古的气息。我们住在三层，不高，很安静。早餐的味道不错，但是面包实在是有点硬。总之，这家酒店非常值得推荐。

Bon hôtel, très propre, grande chambre, jolie décoration. Dans la première chambre, mauvaise aération dans la salle de bain, donc odeur de renfermé et moisissures au-dessus de la douche. Sur la terrasse, il serait bien de mettre une tenture, car le soleil tape fort sur le béton. Personnel serviable, rapide, efficace, mais selon qui est à la réception, […] difficulté à comprendre l'anglais. Petit-déjeuner très bon, produits biologiques et jus de fruits frais. Deuxième chambre, spacieuse aussi, mais une fenêtre, donc peu de lumière, pas de balcon, escaliers très étroits et bas de plafond.
