The room was very clean. Newly remodeled.

It is a fine Motel. The image we got grom the photos was nowhere near the room we got....for instance they showed a Room with a Balcony, Microwave and Main street but we were half way down on the ground floor with revelers up above us. But all in all the location is Super.

I booked the hotel based on the rating score listed on the website. We arrived late on our check-in date, and found the office closed with a sign to check in with the hotel across the street. No problem, but got to that hotel office and found another sign saying that the attendant would " be back later". 15-20 minutes later, the guy shows up, hands […] me a package with the keycard and says this should be all you need. That was the good part. The room had a horrible musty and moldy smell. I suspect it was from the carpet beneath the air conditioning unit, as it was pretty discolored.... although it was not wet when we got there. The sheets and pillowcases appeared to be fresh, but had a dingy yellow look to them. Then we were introduced to the other guests in the room.... a few of them winged, and some with 6 legs. Being exhausted, we convinced ourselves that our stowaways had made their way in while we were bringing in our belongings, so we disposed of those few and went on to bed. After a very restless night and encountering more of the same, we got up very early the next morning and notified Hotels.com 5-Star service of our dissatisfaction with the room. The gentleman that handled my call was extremly courteous and helpful in finding a workable solution for the rest of our stay in Gatlinburg. Kudos to him and his efforts... I took down his name to include in this feedback, but unfortunately, I cannot remember it at this time. In summary, the value vs. rating was not what it appeared to be in this case.. Lisätietoja

In the middle of Gatlinburg, very close to everything, within walking distance.

friendly service, clean room, great location in the middle of gatlinburg strip, They def need to update pics of the moptel beacause it is not as scary looking as the pictures are.

Steps away from the best of Gatlinburg but surprisingly quiet in the room. Old motel but clean and the bathroom has been recently totally renovated. Rooms have new carpet and a comfortable bed. Parking is tight but who needs to drive in Gatlinburg once you are there. They advertise WiFi available but the hotel WiFi never showed a signal even after bringing […] this to the attention of the office staff. Location location location. Great value

And that's about it. This hotel needs some major updating. Check in was at 3 p.m. and wouldn't let us have our room until 3:45. Wouldn't let anyone have their room until 3, said they were being cleaned. How could all rooms possiably be ready at the same time. The lobby was full of people waiting to get their room.

perfect for a one night stay location was great and cindy at the front desk was wonderful, would definately stay here again
